💕PILATES & LATTES 5.0🍵

Never did I imagine that 1 year (ish) after my first Pilates & Lattes event, I’d be hosting my 5th on International Women’s Day.

17 amazing women, fresh @perfecttedenergy iced matcha lattes, yummy yogurt pots, alllll the good vibes, support, encouragement, lovely chats, crystal meditation & new Spring beginnings.

Lots of hours go into creating my events, loads of love, attention to detail, my vision for my beautiful guests to feel welcome, calm, connected and with the little seeds of their wildest dreams planted within their hearts; it took my until my mid-forties to find my path, but now that I have, I feel like this is just the start!

Thank you to all of my beautiful ladies who joined this incredible mini retreat, to @mollymoyse for your gorgeous Pilates flow (& beautiful energy), to @perfecttedenergy once again for supporting my dream, & to @thehubtrainingclub for this amazing space you’ve created.

4 x tickets for Pilates & Lattes 6.0 on Sunday 26th April have already gone since launching in my Stories & I am SO EXCITED to be taking Pilates & Lattes on the road to my hometown of Ipswich on Saturday 18th April 🌸 16 gorgeous girlies are already joining the magic set amongst the stunning blossom & I can’t wait for my first event with @alignwithjade

When I quit my job in July 2024, I knew that I had to make, create, plan and bring people together ~ it was a giant leap, but I knew I had to do it. My dream is to inspire you too to follow your own path, to use your creativity for yourself & to also take the leap if you’ve been thinking about it too!

It’s happening🙈 I am soooo delighed to tell you that I am taking my workshops on the road! I have been working towards this for such a long time and & over the next few months, I’ll be heading to the most beautiful locations to share what I do🥹

I started my business when River turned 1 as a way of staying connected with loved ones. I had a dream & lots of ideas but I never imagined that it would lead me to where I am now & I am so grateful. Bringing people together, creating space for your creativity to run free, making new friends; this is at the heart of everything I do🌸

🔮The Butterfly Effect🔮

What if I hadn’t sent that first NourishMe Wellness box during lockdown?

What if I didn’t put my vision into action for my first workshop?

What if listened to that little voice inside that felt scared about the plans I have in my heart?

What if I hadn’t taken that trip to Ibiza in 1998?

What if I didn’t take that leap of faith in July 2024?

🔮Every single move we make, even the seemingly tiny steps, can result in the biggest change.

I have some HUGE things coming & looking back at all of the magic created so far, it would be impossible to decipher which steps led me to this incredible community of magnificent babes✨

I think that it’s a collection of all the little moves we make that mystically form and shape our lives, & I am sooo grateful for all of the precious people I have met at my workshops, retreats, brunches, Hot Girl Wellness Walks & Coffee & Connect meet-ups.

My babesssss! What an EPIC morning! On Sunday, I hosted my 4th Pilates & Lattes Mini Retreat @thehubtrainingclub & it was simply AMAZING! 16 gorgeous girlies taking some time out; 14 were new faces!✨✨✨

The room was bursting with love, chats & good vibes & I am just so, so grateful to everyone. I always feel nervous before my events, because every single aspect of what I do means so much to me ~ but once you all start to arrive, the nerves go and I am just so excited to see you.

I’ve received lots of messages asking if there’ll be another Pilates & Lattes ~ I can confirm that Pilates & Lattes 5 is coming…..All the exciting details and tickets are coming soon…😝

✨Hiiiii my darlings, I know that it’s not all about the numbers, BUT, I have grown this little corner of IG from scratch, by myself, with no experience, just a HUGE dream to bring people together. I’ve learnt as I’ve gone along, built a community, succeeded & failed; each step has taught me something valuable.

🌈To finish 2025 with 10k of you beauties would be such a gorgeous milestone. It’s a bit of a jump, but stranger things have happened!!!
