No secrets to being a knockdown shooter. Take the extra 20 or 40 minutes a day, it will significantly change your game.

Being a knockdown shooter means people have to respect your shot at all times, which opens other areas of the game for yourself and teammates.

My numbers are live @farmhousesportsacademy if you want to beat my shooting numbers!!

In my 2 years of training, this is something I always share with the kids. It is great to be hard on yourself, but you don't want it to start hurting your confidence!!

Send this to a teammate who is too hard on themselves! Mistakes will happen, your response is more important. If you lose the ball in a drill, don't complain and sigh. Go sprint to grab the ball and get back to what you were doing.

Need more tips from the mental aspect of hoops? Shoot me a follow.

No dribbling in the house? We got something for that.

Try these drills every day at home for a few minutes and watch your skills improve. These drills mimic moves like snatch backs, between the legs crossovers, and help you get used to transitioning the basketball from one hand to the other.

If you are a young baller and want to level up your game in the gym and at home shoot me a message!

One minute of great dribbling work with my guys @_mikkey11 and JP!

If this isn't what your dribbling warm up looks like, then I would add this in there! #TrustYourWork

Every bucket getter got these in the bag! Take these simple moves and learn to react to the defense; Then get whatever you want in transition!

These moves are great for guards to get into the paint and create opportunities for themselves or teammates.

If you are an undersized guard wanting to play at the next level, shoot me a message so we can set up some work!!

Some of my favorite moves from the first week of work!

Dribbling drills and shooting drills are great. But here, we know that those skills are just a small part of the game. Being in shape, knowing where to be on the floor on offense/defense, seeing the game steps ahead, guarding your matchup/helping your teammates, playing with urgency, and so much more goes into basketball.

If you want a well rounded game and be able to play with any team; Effort, intensity, communication, and urgency is important. Let's hone our skills and also understand what is important to achieve our goals.

Registration for July is at the link in my bio. Separate yourself this summer and #TrustYourWork
