#ad loaded sweet potato 🥑 this one is SO easy, especially when you’re busy and want something filling without making a whole mess in the kitchen I used a sweet potato, 96% lean ground beef with some seasoning, cottage cheese & avocado. I air fried the sweet potato at 450°F for about 20–25 minutes, cooked the beef while it was in there, and then just loaded everything up. you can also add a little honey if you want to make it more like the viral ground beef cottage cheese bowl! lately I’ve been trying to pay more attention to micronutrients too, not just protein, I feel like protein gets so much attention (and for good reason), but it’s easy to forget about all the other nutrients we need I’ve been using @try.guac to scan my meals and see what I’m actually getting from them. for this bowl, it showed that it was high in zinc, B12, selenium, B6, vitamin A, vitamin C & potassium, which I thought was really cool! I always love finding new ways to make my meals more balanced without making them complicated 🤎
