Wanted to post this again for anyone who might qualify. I helped take care of my dad when he had dementia. I know how heavy it gets.

There’s a federal program called GUIDE that may give caregivers up to 80 hours a year in paid help. As we know, anything helps.

It’s for families caring for someone with dementia or Alzheimer’s who has Original Medicare, Parts A and B. Swipe through to see how it works.

This season has stretched me in ways I didn’t expect.

Since becoming head of the household, there’s been NO ONE else to hand the hard decisions to. I’ve had to trust that I’ll figure it out, even when I don’t have it all figured out yet.

I’ll find a way to make it work, because I ALWAYS do. 💪🏽
