SUNDAYS ARE ABOUT TO FEEL DIFFERENT 🖤

R-50 by @reva.movement is coming to @trybe8.miami

50 minutes of heated, music-driven movement that builds with the beat and challenges your strength + endurance from start to finish. Continuous sequences. Minimal rest. Maximum focus.

Not dance cardio. Not mat Pilates. R-50 is a movement practice entirely its own.

🤸🏼‍♀️Stretch & Mobility isn’t just about becoming more flexible—it’s about moving better, feeling stronger, and taking care of your body for the long term.

In every class, we combine functional mobility, PNF stretching, and other techniques to improve joint health, increase your range of motion, and help you move with more ease.
Whether you practice yoga, lift weights, run, or simply want to feel better in your everyday life, this class is for you.

✨ Every class is different, and if there’s an area you’d like to focus on, just let me know—I’ll make sure we work on it!

Tuesday 10:45 @hanuyogamiami SoBe
Thursday 12:15 @trybe8.miami Mid-Beach
Saturday 11:15 @silvergardenmiami Downtown

my training log turned out to be a diary.
went looking for an old run and found my whole life instead.
swipe

the softest era. I thought I was done with hard training forever. I wasn’t

core strength era. also the era of thinking I’d never touch a barbell again

the one that started everything.
early mornings, slow miles, realizing I actually loved it

crossed my first finish line. some eras end with a medal
and bananas (of course)

the era between eras. just kept showing up

my first HYROX, mixed doubles. it humbled me so fast

my second half mara. the gap between this one and my first is the whole point of this post

ClassPass era. it looks like random workouts. my sister and I tried every class in the city. it was me saying goodbye to Miami

Not me crying right this second

new city, no gym, no routine. just exploring Austin one walk at a time

joined the yard gym and signed up for a 56 day challenge. 70 minutes of driving a day and worth every second

this one’s for the TYG coaches. two years off the weights and they made me fall back in love with lifting like no time had passed

Forever grateful for every person at TYG ❤️ @theyardgym_cedarpark

the era where it all comes together.
I lift heavy, I run, I do Pilates and yoga, I just love moving my body.
turns out I wasn’t switching eras, I was collecting them.
what era are you in? check your grid

💪🏽 Don’t let the word sculpt fool you.

🔥 Sculpt gets underestimated all the time. Add resistance, challenge the tempo, and keep the body under tension, and you’ll quickly find out why it earns a place in any training routine.

⚡️ A different style of training. The same expectation to work.

👇🏽 Do you prefer strength training, sculpt, or a combination of both?
