Classes I took:
Hot Pilates with Meredith
STUDIO QUALITY: 10/10
It still feels all very new and they did a great job in the design.theres a place for your stuff and also for you to sit and drink or even work from!
INSTRUCTOR / STAFF VIBE: warm and super informative
SWEAT LEVEL: 10/10
Heated glass and a knowledgeable teacher got the sweat level super high! (I barely ever sweat)
SCULPT LEVEL: 10/10
My legs were on fire for the rest of the day and I def felt the soreness the next day!
LOCATIONS: Miami Beach
CULTINESS: 1/10
Teacher was super welcoming and nice and then everyone who was in the class were super nice. The vibes were super nice!
