A few days before getting out of the hospital on left. The right is after 21 days in the hospital and being back home.
COVID hit me hard causing severe phenomena in 70% of my lungs. Heart went into A-Fib, had 2 Code Blues along with breaking my nose. Internal bleeding which I had to receive 4 transfusion. They had to them stop the blood thinners and I developed DVT’s bilateral. So they inserted a wire cage into my neck to help prevent the clots traveling to my lungs until they can treat it. I want to thank everyone of you that reached out to me as they motivated me to keep fighting! I have a long road for recovery but I hope that with it I will be able to help motivate others to never give up. As I have always said “A true warrior never surrenders.”

Goodbye 2021, Hello 2022. Wouldn’t have wanted to bring in the new year any other way, or with any other people. Let the good times continue to roll, the negative find it’s way outta our lives, and the opportunities continue to present itself. Looking forward to what the future brings… @honorsbrand

If you sit and wait for things to happen then your opportunity will pass you by. I’ve now been home from the hospital related to COVID issues for about 3 weeks. Progress is super slow but it’s coming along. No more walker but am on oxygen still. When I was discharged from the hospital I didn’t even have the strength to unplug my phone charger. Now I’m doing PT. Very fortunate that my friend @iriskyle introduced me to Dr. Wesley Robertson who has been treating me with traditional medications since my discharge. A great caring doctor! Also I need to thank @dante_trudel who has been a great friend always taking time to DM me and steer me in the right direction with supplements to help my recovery. Also my long time friend @krisgethin made sure to send me some supplements from his great company #kagedmuscle .There are so many ways you can face things and I made the decision to be active in getting my recovery back. I’m doing things like Red Light Therapy daily, started using a hyperbaric chamber, stems cells IV and both oral and injectable peptides for my immune system, lungs and heart. I also want to thank my loving wifey who has been my rock 24/7 @juelcasamayor , coach and friend @neil_yoda_hill1, @flex_lewis @hideyamagishi @cpierce_336 who has been there daily for support, @rocky_faith_ , @tsack_1000 , @ifbbpro_angelayamashita , @mr_chang_28 , my coworkers and boss. Remember don’t just sit there waiting for things to change for you. You need to start those changes!

There is so much I want to say about these men right here…
They know how I feel and that’s what important..

I’m just feeling really blessed to have them in my life.
Life it’s about creating something better for your future. Building something incredible. Becoming the best version of yourself every day. Having a purpose.

It’s really important to also enjoy the process. It’s important to do things that are for you only. It’s about making memories and laughing and enjoying life.

Love you guys
