Getting back into exercise after having kids looks different for everyone!
For Gabby, it’s been running marathons. For Sarah, it’s been taking on HYROX. But returning to exercise after motherhood isn’t always straightforward.

Our very own Gabby Hanson and Sarah Pike join Pippa on the Keeping Up With Life podcast to chat about their experiences, the challenges along the way and finding their way back to doing what they love.

It’s official, Netfocus IT’s 2026 BOOST THEIR BASICS September Donation Drive for @mumssfin has come to a close - but the impact has only just begun!

Today, MSFIN Board President Donna Cartwright joined Liz McDonald to reflect on the enormity of this achievement and the difference these products will make to vulnerable families, thanks to the incredible generosity of our donation partners and supporters from the Frankston & Mornington Peninsula region, and beyond. This is the #powerofourcommunity, and it’s BIG!

In the coming days, this enormous collection will make its way to MSFIN’s Seaford warehouse, ready to reach those who need it most. We’ll be eagerly awaiting the numbers that expand upon our collective achievement, with our campaign impact report to follow. For now, we’re simply feeling pretty proud 💛

To everyone involved, we send you heartfelt THANK YOU on behalf of MSFIN & the team at Netfocus IT! Together we’ve turned generosity into meaningful action. This is a very special us all.

Liberty Weekday 3km Run. Very hot race today at 35degrees but feeling really strong. Had another great race coming out in 1st 🥇 and loved meeting all the Liberty students. A little hilly course with mostly gravel and concrete surfaces.

Snuck out from work to attend The Community Posy Project run by @flowersforjane We created a posy to take home and a posy with a hand written message that Cassy delivered to a local nursing home to be given to a resident who does not get regular visitors or flowers! Such a fun and special hour in our day.

What a joy to join hundreds of others at the Women’s Spirit Project Give Her Wings Butterfly Ball at beautiful Dromana Estate over the weekend. 🦋✨

I shared the evening with a wonderful table of women from the Frankston Business Chamber as we enjoyed fabulous food and wine, auctions, plenty of conversation and dancing — all while raising funds for the important work of the Women’s Spirit Project.

A highlight was hearing from keynote speaker Jen Willis, who shared her powerful story of resilience, adaptability and finding strength and purpose through life’s challenges.
It was also fabulous to catch up with the Cold Water Crazies swimming ladies (from Frankston) who were out in force supporting this fabulous cause!

A huge congratulations to everyone who brought this special night to life — a beautiful celebration of community coming together to support and lift up others. 💙🦋
