ODP withdrawal hits hard. But even fertile soil needs rest to keep bearing fruit for years to come. Haliburton Trail 2026’ w team @undamovement x @mesa.endurance A few thoughts and observations from the weekend Couldn't be prouder of my athletes for every ounce of work they poured into this over the past 6 months & for a rockstar team captain in @donreyjuan 👏🫶🫀 Special thanks to @arcteryxtoronto @gregggoire @leitothemax For the sponsorship and photo/video support -- Once in a while you stumble on the opportunity to be part of a team, to be a training partner or to be part of some collective. In the moment it feels awesome, it feels… challenging, seamless, exciting…empowering. Those relationships are rare, they expand how far you can push yourself, how far you can push each other, they form bonds through shared experience, through the ebbs of difficultly and highs and through mutual support. They don’t last forever, they last a few months, a training cycle, a memorable point in time. All that to say, to share time with a training partner or a team is a richness and a set of memories you can’t simply buy. When you take a second to step back and feel what that means, you start to recognize how important it is to be present and to count your blessings It’s impossible to get into ‘Flow’ without getting out of your head. You can still be competitive without fixating on an outcome - stress and worry drive up your RPE, stress and worry are distraction, distraction takes you away from what’s infront of you. If you’re competitive, it’s instinctual and your those instincts will find their way in, naturally, racing well is trusting your work and taking the day as it comes The celebration is race day, the celebration is the bread you break with friends afterward, part of that celebration is allowing your self to slow down and let go of the peak fitness and rigidity, the celebration is basking in your achievement, respecting it and not rushing to the next ‘thing’ for the sake of accolade, the celebration is repeated in story your get to tell. There will be another day, another badass training cycle and another soring mountain to climb. It’s part of who you are, to climb that mountain, to choose the rugged route, not for the peak

OUTDOOR PROJECTS TAKES ON HALIBURTON 50KM @haliburton_forest The finale to our 6 month program. We mobbed out in Hali. Captured beautifully by our teammate and one of the sharpest shooters out of Toronto, @leitothemax Our guy @pierrenasho took 1st overall in the 50km (manifested and walked that talk). 7 athletes completed their first ultra. Couple top 20 finishes in there as well. Trailmaxxxing fr fr. This race is technical and beautiful and wonderfully organized. What a time. The entire team crushed it, left our mark out there, and had the most fun doing it. A fitting way to cap off a remarkable 6 months of dedication, consistency, hard work, laughs, learning and everything in between. All the feels and it showed out on those trails. We had a long day. We had a hard day. We had a good day. Immense gratitude and love to this team, these people, this ripple—IYKYK. Thank you to everyone involved @mesa.endurance @arcteryxtoronto ODP 2027 loading…

A much overdue recap on the vibe that was #globalrunningday with @hoka 🌐 This was the first run from our (soon to be completed) new storefront and the community support blew us away. The new shop still has lots of work to be done before we open our doors, but we’re excited for everything we’ve got planned for the summer. Running means a lot of things to everyone — and not to sound cliche — but to us it really does mean community. Happy running, we appareciate y’all ✌️ 📸 @gregggoire @bijoya.d_ Big shout out to @_claresnider and the @hoka Canada team for making this happen.
