Kilat. Narm/Melbourne. John Curtin Hotel. 24 October 2026. Thank you for the sonic annihilation album launch for the incredible Tirai Niskala. And to the brilliant Tongue Dissolver and False Fate for the synth-industrial-gabber-rave alchemy in support. #kilat #tonguedissolver #falsefate #blackmetal #powerelectronics

Absolutely insane album launch by @kilatbesihitam at the @thecurtin hotel tonight. A room filled with noise, riffs, thunderous blasts and evil incantations. Simply mesmerising performance from the band which was lapped up by the packed crowd. Loved it.

Unfortunately missed @falsefate_ but got there in time for @tung_dizzy who had the very metal crowd pumping their fists to their beats. Very impressive stuff.

Absolutely dancefloor anarchy. TD are a chaotic blend of experimental hardcore punk, gabber, d-beat, and industrial rave And will show you what's what when they close the night out. @tung_dizzy is music for the people.

Our huge fundraiser event Punks for Public Housing is less than 4 weeks away! Featuring a huge lineup including Banoffee, Ausecuma Beats, Tongue Dissolver and many more acts alongside a secret headliner and DJ sets from Shouse, DJVM and Total Giovanni, this is a night you do not want to miss. Tickets available now at the link in our bio.

This festival of music, public awareness, and community resistance will raise vital funds for 44 Flats United, a grassroots collective of current and former public tenants helping organise tower residents to fight the demolition of their homes.

Punks for Public Housing is your chance to get involved in this fight by meeting people from the groups fighting the demolition, or just by coming along and having a boogie. Doors open at 4pm and you want to get there early for a chance to win a huge range of prizes in our raffle.

Punks for Public Housing is brought to you by Double Time Touring and Stop The Demo, a grassroots coalition of workers from across the social and community services sector fighting to keep public housing in the hands of the public.

First Nations people and social housing tenants can access free tickets to this event by emailing stopthedemogroup@gmail.com. Punks for Public Housing is an accessible event. Please contact the venue for accessibility details. We acknowledge that this event takes place on stolen land of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
