⚠️Go check out the @thinkloudcrew podcast where @therealboski @z.terrel and I had the opportunity to discuss how sports and fitness has inspired and shaped our lives. In this just-released first episode I spill the beans that I was bullied and made fun of for being overweight as a kid. The struggle was real… but my life changed forever because of it. 💪🏾
Stay tuned for episode 2 where we go into why and how we started @turbofitapp , including the ups and downs of entrepreneurship.

Special thanks to @cheynotshy & @rkylelynn for the opportunity to share! 😊

We are thrilled to invite all of the student athletes who attended our first joint southeast highschool volleyball and flag football camp back for our upcoming event.

This camp is designed to provide them with top-tier coaching while also allowing them to have fun alongside students from other sports. By combining these two sports, we can support each other as student athletes and share in each others’ training processes and successes.

We encourage you to spread the word about this 3 day training camp so that anyone else who would appreciate it can join us!

Special thanks goes out once again Gatorade, Turbofit LLC, Flash Fitness & Sports Training LLC for their generous contributions towards making this a great experience for everyone involved!
