3RM testing… and boy did we LIFT

Massive improvements in both load and form since our last testing 12 weeks ago.

This is what it’s all about; reaping the benefits of consistency and progressive overload for our overall strength & power. Not only supporting our training down here at SALT, but with a strong focus on healthy living overall.

The next 12-week block is about to start, and there’s no better time for you to jump on board.

Send us a DM and we’ll get you into one of our sessions this week to show you what it’s all about ⚡️⚡️⚡️🔐

Come for the strength, stay for the laughs.

SALT believes great coaching is more than just getting the work done! Our trainers aim to create a space where you feel stronger, supported, more educated on how your body moves, and actually enjoy showing up!

Show up as yourself, jokes included, and you’ll fit right into our community 🫶🏼

Ever wanted to know what your maximum strength efforts are? Testing Week is launching in our classes next week 🏋️‍♀️

Through structured sessions with full support from Twiggy, Rosa and the team, you’ll gain valuable data into what your current physiological strength levels are. This is key to understanding individual progress and reaching your own personal strength goals.

She takes your S&C classes, responds to your Insta DM’s, greets you at reception and helps you build confidence in the gym…

She is a final-year Master of Dietetics student with a background in Exercise and Nutrition Science, plus has over 6 years of experience in the health and fitness space as a certified personal trainer…

She drinks soy lattes, no sugar and (usually) has an extra shot…

… we put a microphone on the one and only Coach @twiggycm - enjoy 😂💪💅
