✨💞 Happy Friday, book besties! 💞✨ Can you believe another week is coming to an end already? Fridays always feel like the perfect excuse to slow down, grab a good book, and disappear into a fictional world for a few hours. 💕 Whether I’m falling for a grumpy cowboy 🤠, trying to solve a twisty mystery 🔎, surviving a heart-racing thriller 🔪, or getting completely swept away by a romantasy adventure 🐉✨, there’s nothing I love more than getting lost between the pages. And honestly? The best part of reading is that it can happen anywhere. Curled up in bed with a cosy blanket, listening to the waves at the beach, soaking in a bubble bath, or finding a peaceful spot outdoors with a book in hand—it all feels a little magical. 🌊🛁🛏️🌿 Some authors have completely captured my heart over the years, and there are certain series that I’ll recommend over and over again because they gave me all the feels, unforgettable characters, and the kind of book hangovers that never really go away. 🥹❤️ Now I want to know about YOU! 👇 📖 What’s your favourite genre? ✍️ Who is your go-to author? 🌍 Where’s your favourite place to read? ⭐ And what book has been your best read of the year so far? Wishing you all a lovely Friday filled with cosy reading moments, five-star reads, and maybe a few fictional crushes along the way. 😉📚💕 #FridayFavourites #Bookstagram #BookishFriday #BookLover #BookAddict

🖤🔪 Happy Thriller Thursday, book besties! 🔪🖤 I’m a romance girlie at heart but a thriller junkie on the side… and somehow my shelves have gone from meet-cutes and happily ever afters to murder boards, unreliable narrators, and jaw-dropping plot twists. 😂📚 My TBR pile is thriving (and possibly plotting against me at this point 😂📚) Give me dark secrets, suspicious characters, shocking reveals, and endings that leave me staring at the wall wondering how I missed all the clues. 🕵️‍♀️👀 And yes, I’m a die-hard Freida reader. If there’s a new Freida McFadden release, consider it automatically added to my cart, Kindle, and ever-growing TBR. Her books are the definition of “just one more chapter”… until suddenly it’s 2 a.m. and I’ve finished the entire book. 🤭📖 Now tell me… 🔎 Which thriller trope gets you every single time? 🖤 Unreliable narrator 🚪 Locked room mystery 🏡 Small town with dark secrets 👥 Everyone’s a suspect 🕵️ Detective with baggage 😱 The final twist that changes EVERYTHING And let’s settle the ultimate thriller debate: 💥 Do you like your twists totally unpredictable or “I saw that coming” satisfying? Because there’s a fine line between brilliant foreshadowing and an author gaslighting me for 300 pages. 😂🔪 📚 If you read thrillers, drop some recs below! I’m always looking for thriller must-reads, hidden gems, and books that had you saying, “I’ll stop after one more chapter”… only to finish the whole thing in one sitting. 👇 I need to know: ✨ Your fave thriller trope 📖 Your all-time thriller must-read ⭐ Your latest 5-star thriller recommendation Let’s make my TBR even more unmanageable. I regret absolutely nothing. 😈📚🖤 #ThrillerThursday #Bookstagram #ThrillerBooks #FreidaMcFadden #ThrillerReader

🌸📚 Happy Thursday, bookish beauties! 📚🌸 Today’s post is basically a summary of my entire personality: dark romance, emotional damage, comfort films, questionable book choices, and a TBR that’s completely out of control. 😂 ✨ 5 books I’ll always recommend 📖 Haunting Adeline (yes I need therapy, thanks for asking 😅) 📖 Of Mice and Men 📖 The Last Letter (if you’re hydrated now, you won’t be after reading this) 📖 The Teacher 📖 The Player’s Promise 🎬 5 favourite films 🍿 Up (crying within 10 minutes) 🍿 Saving Private Ryan 🍿 White Chicks (a cinematic masterpiece and I won’t be arguing) 🍿 Never Been Kissed 🍿 My Girl (more emotional damage) 📚 Current TBR victims 👀 Binding 13 👀 Fever Dream 👀 Lights Out 👀 Rook & Rebel 👀 Bad Bishop My TBR isn’t a list anymore—it’s a full-time commitment. 📚😂 🎬📖 Favourite page-to-screen adaptations ✨ The Housemaid ✨ The Fault in Our Stars (still emotionally recovering) ✨ It Ends With Us ✨ The Handmaid’s Tale ✨ Harry Potter (my Hogwarts letter is clearly lost in the post 😭) Although adaptations usually leave me wondering either “That was amazing!” or “Did we read the same book?” 🤣 🚩 Books I DNF’d (please be kind) 📚 A Court of Thorns and Roses 📚 Fourth Wing 📚 Love Letters to a Serial Killer 📚 One Dark Window 📚 The Song of Achilles Life’s too short to finish books you’re not enjoying. My DNF shelf is self-care. 💅📚 🩷 Authors I’m obsessed with ✨ Freida McFadden ✨ Elsie Silver ✨ Colleen Hoover ✨ Rosa Lee ✨ Ana Huang Honestly, if they published their grocery lists, I’d probably read those too. 😅 Now tell me… 💬 Who’s your favourite author? 💬 What’s a book you’ve DNF’d recently? 💬 Which adaptation did you love (or hate)? 💬 Have you read any of the books on my lists? 💬 And which book on my TBR should I pick up first? As always, I’m tagging some of my favourite bookish accounts because I love hearing your thoughts and recommendations—but absolutely no pressure to join in! 🩷 Have a wonderful Thursday filled with great books, strong coffee, and characters that don’t completely destroy your emotions. ☕📚😂✨ #Bookstagram #BookLover #BookCommunity #ReadersOfInstagram #BookRecommendations

BOOK REVIEW!! 📚 Book: First Lie Wins Author: Ashley Elston Genre: Psychological Thriller / Mystery Rating: 3 / 5 ⭐️ My first buddy read w/ @twistedpage911 @glory.readsbooks I really wanted to love this one, but it ended up being a bit of a mixed bag for me. While the storyline had so much potential, the pacing felt a little off-and-on. It caught my interest in waves usually every other chapter—but I struggled to find that “unputdownable” momentum until the very end. The Highlights: • The Present Day: These chapters were definitely my favorite! • The 80% Mark: The story really finds its stride in the home stretch. • The Ending: Total curveball! The twist definitely caught me off guard. Ultimately, even with a solid ending, the consistency just wasn’t there for me. It wasn’t quite the book for me, but that finale almost made up for the climb. Have you read this one? Did the pacing work for you, or were you in the same boat? 👇 #bookstagram #bookish #thrillerbooks #bookreview
