Hey, it felt good to be shooting some basketball again.

The @wnbl season is back this Thursday so I wanted to run it back with some of my favourite in game photos across the years.

Only 12 episodes in and we couldn’t have asked for a better start.

To everybody who’s watched an episode, gotten around a bit of content, or shown any type of love - we appreciate you.

This concept gives us so much energy.

We’ve met so many good people who happen to play sport for a living and we’re truely loving the challenge of bringing a whole new level of authenticity to athlete-led content.

If you’re tagged in this, hope you’re well and thanks a ton for believing in OFF DAY.

A special thanks to @stepone.life for getting on board so early.

Drawing #15 and #16: @djbdarren + @michaelfbarker

Among other things, Darren Barker and Michael Barker are creatives. They were born on the fifth day of March in 1993—a Friday. Michael was born at 9:30am and Darren was born at 9:31am. They grew up on Wurundjeri Country and currently live in Naarm.

Darren and Michael are 180cm. They use he/him pronouns. Darren has never eaten an eel and Michael has never eaten an oyster (he hates textures).

They both have questions they ask commonly but posts only allow one poll. Whose question should’ve been chosen?

Third year of working for myself full-time.

These are what majority of my day’s look like.

It can be lonely, quiet, sometimes you’re itching just to get out of the house - but I wouldn’t change a thing.

I get to wake up and create cool shit for a living every single day.

There’s financial uncertainty, pressure, inconsistency. But nobody is forcing us to do this.

We choose to do this.

We get to do this.

Ps. How good are dogs?

Most would think the next step in owning a small business would be to hire more staff, but we don’t view it that way.

Here’s an open discussion we had about why we don’t want to hire an editor. It was actually a very interesting thing to talk about out loud.

I’d be keen to hear others thoughts on this.

What does a content server, a leader, my brother and coffee all have in common?

They all make business better.
