Slowing down changes what we notice

10/18/26 ❤️ Happy first anniversary to us, as husband and wife… I love you, Laurie.

A year of choosing each other, blending our families, finding our rhythm, figuring things out as we go, navigating the unexpected, and discovering that the best adventures aren’t always the ones that take us somewhere new, but the ones we take together.

The journey is the gift. Love is the reward. And the beauty is in experiencing both together. ❤️

A circle of women with an Adriatic Coastline holding every version of us we needed to become.

This was Alchemy. The slow, sacred work of turning what is heavy into something lighter., to understand ourselves more fully and lean into the women surrounding us with trust.

Croatia, you changed us.
As above, so below.

Sunrise yoga this Saturday 8/22 at 6:30 AM on 18th st with @tybeeyoga 🏝️💛

Classes are supported by donations ✨

Remaining dates of the season are 9/5, 9/26, 10/3 + 10/24 🌞 start times will get a lil later as we approach fall!

Hope to see you on the sea shore 🐚 bring a tapestry/towel, water, invite a friend or come solo and meet a new one here! It’s recommended to bring a suit to dip in ocean after class 🌊 we’ll probably see some dolphins! 🩵

P.s. I saw a post recently that didn’t list an author but it made me think of what beach yoga does for me, and maybe for you to! Thought I’d share ☺️ 💌

“The Sun activates dormant DNA codes. Ocean water recalibrates your frequency. Trees transmute dense energy into light. Bare feet on the earth reset your electromagnetic field. Mountains elevate your consciousness. Rain washes away energetic blockages. Crystals store ancient wisdom. Sunrises unlock higher timelines. Wind carries away stagnant vibrations.”

I’ll meet you at sunrise with the sea breeze on our skin, salt in the air, and mama ocean’s soothing sound track in the background.

Spontaneity at its finest. One spot left just for you.

Croatia Alchemy on the Adriatic
September 3–10, 2026

Seven days moving through the stages of transformation, from the salt and stone of Brač to the closing ceremony at the Temple of Jupiter in Split. Cliffside villas, island sailing through the Pakleni chain, sunrise over Vidova Gora, the sandbar at Zlatni Rat shifting with the tide the way we do.

This isn't a vacation. It's a current, and it moves whether you step into it or not.

We're holding our group call tonight, and there is exactly one seat left at the table.

Text me. Let's talk about what's calling you toward the water. 912-657-0228
