I’ve got the cutest and best husband. 🥰 He teaches me how to skateboard, does water ballet with me 🤣, and is always up for getting out and moving our bodies together. I love how much fun we have, even when I’m still figuring out how to work up the courage to try tricks, I like to cruise and surf skate 😂🛹🧑🏻‍🩰and Mike never rushes or pushes :)

Our little Jacksonville getaway to skate and see Thundercat was just what we needed!! A break from work and everyday life to play together! Such a sweet way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary coming up October 18! 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻

Between working, raising a family, being a new wife, and all the roles and hats we wear, there hasn’t been much time to just let loose and enjoy myself with some of my girlfriends!

Yesterday, my friend Emily took us out on her boat with our dear friends Rachel and Claire, and it was exactly what I needed. A little vitamin D and vitamin SEA! ☀️🌊 The marshes and back rivers were teeming with life: dolphins galore, alligators, seabirds, crabs, and so much beauty around us.

Each of these women is amazing in her own right, and being together reminded me how lucky I am to have them in my life. True friendship is hard to come by. I appreciate these ladies just as much today as I did when they helped save my life after my dad’s stroke with nothing but love and support 🩷

We celebrated Jessie’s October 3 birthday a little early today with a beautiful power yoga class! 🥳 She always brings together good music, dancing, smiles, and all around good vibes that make the more challenging parts go by a little faster. :-) I’ll say it again sister, thank you for my favorite personal practice of the week! 🙏

Between my travels to Europe and teaching private clients, I’ve missed about a month of power yoga, and I definitely felt it today! Her class is challenging in all the best ways, and I left with that happy, peaceful feeling that keeps me coming back! #mindfulness

Niyati booked a private beach yoga class to celebrate her sister’s birthday, and brought three generations together: their grandmother, mom, and aunts. We moved, breathed, and shared a little quiet time by the ocean under the full harvest moon before celebrating the birthday girl. 💛

Learning to fly… all the way to Croatia. ✈️🇭🇷⁣

The Alchemy on the Adriatic Retreat with @tybeewellnessretreats was my very first trip to Europe and what an unforgettable introduction.⁣
⁣
Thank you, Angela, for continuing to take me along on these incredible adventures and trusting me to help create meaningful yoga and wellness experiences in beautiful places. Thank you to every woman who shared this week with me. Thanks for your openness, energy, laughter, stories, and the grace you gave one another. Each of you made this retreat what it was.⁣

My body may be a delicate flower these days, and flying to Europe was no joke but I would do it all again. I’m still learning to fly, still learning to trust the journey, and still incredibly grateful that this life keeps carrying me to places I once only dreamed of seeing. 💙⁣
