Funny story not

Hurt my back and could barely stand and move after sitting down.

Got onto @pursuitphysio_ and @jesssharratt got me in straight away (which she didn't have to but made the effort) @tyhelm
Is on a well deserved holiday.

24hrs hours later back in the gym with a set of prehab work prior to training and results are looking good. Paused squats and speed dead lifts done and dusted.

Great night at @strongbrisbane with all the whole gym supporting each other. It was great doing a log session with @ldbreen and @macca_1113 hitting some smooth numbers on stones!

3weeks out from @australias.strongest LDS Down @cocos_gym

Had @sarah_rainbow asking me "did you actually try because the last set I made it look hard." And the answer was yes 🤣🤣

Can we get there in 48 hrs? From 94->1000 Lately we’ve been hanging out with some really elite people who understand what being strong really means! Huge thanks to Jordy Ty and BJ (the strongest men Ive EVER had the fun to speak with!), Billie at ausactive, and Viktor, Saulynn and Josie repping @thecarnosinelab in Sydney Australia over multiple weekends.

The @ausfitnessexpo was next level, super fun and worth a trip!

We followed it straight up with repping at a spring fair raising money for Rotary to spend on theie local community in southern Sydney.

Come be part of the experiment ir just follow to help me unlock IG live so I can continue to sprinkle gold dust and share amazing and interesting people from my experiment of life .

Friday fun - back to where it all began - The Mad Max log!

Now a decade old, many a tale can be told about this monster of the deep. 170kg empty, or 190kg for reps (1st and 2nd slide)

@savickas_bigz tried to kill @schwarzenegger with it, and attempted a WR

@rauno_heinla tried to put a hole in the expo floor (see stories)

Handled by a long list of top strongmen and some of the best pressers to walk the planet - due to its immense base weight, length and massive ends amplifying its rotational inertia, this thing has a habit of pooping out even the vets.

It takes a whole team to move it.

It doubles as a support beam at @dohertysgym

In my humble and slightly biased opinion, it's a log only rivaled by the legend that is the Austrian Oak.
