⚫️ @stand_or_submit Asylum ❌ @ausfitnessexpo ⚪️

📍 ICC Sydney Sep 13th

Not how I wanted it to go down but proud to still hit an easy 220kg.

4 weeks prior I strained a pec followed by a bicep 2 weeks after that. @bjstone_ssf and I agreed no stones until the day of so going into the event I had no clue if even a 140kg stone would happen. Grateful to be able to lift in front of my amazing family @cheekikiki @helmgraham @helmdeidre

250kg+ is definitely there for a new NZ record but will have to wait.

Big thanks to Mase @stand_or_submit for having me again at the Asylum and to @jordykosborne (worlds strongest videographer) for the sick edit!

Also how about @bjstone_ssf manhandling 260kg 😍

⚡ PURSUIT PHYSIO — ON-SITE AT QLD’S STRONGEST

The legends from Pursuit Physio will be on deck all weekend, providing day-of treatment from The Strength Junction’s physio room.

They’re also bringing the NEUBIE® by NeuFit — because apparently telling your body “we’ve still got five events to go” isn’t considered legitimate medical treatment.

Treatment. Movement. Recovery. A little electricity. ⚡

Pursuit Physio have your back — quite possibly literally.

Sometimes physio exercises look a bit odd... but there's usually a reason behind them.

The goal isn't to isolate one muscle. It's to train the body the way it actually moves: stabilising, rotating and transferring force from one side to the other.

This drill challenges the posterior oblique sling, helping develop pelvic stability, core control and efficient force transfer that carries over into everyday movement and sport. taken in Pursuit Physiotherapy by @tyhelm

⚫️SPONSORED ATHLETE‼️⚪️

Welcoming a very familiar face to our Pursuit family @jadentysonlaing 🫡

Most will know Jaden from his social media presence however Jaden comes from a very accomplished sporting background.

From being a part of the junior Wests Tigers system through to playing over in the USA, Jaden has now shifted his focus into Strongman even placing 3rd in Australia’s Strongest Man U105 in 2025.

Big things are coming with this collab and we are beyond excited 🤙🏽
