I also overcame the final boss…vaping 😮‍💨 this past month has been filled with so much life and primed a much needed reset in diverse areas of my life.

I didn’t abstain from social activities during this time. I leaned into them. The first week was uncomfortable. Then something clicked.

I still surrounded myself with the people I love. I just started experiencing life exactly as it was without needing to soften it, heighten it, or escape it.

The uncomfortable part only lasted a little while…& somewhere on the other side of it, life started feeling…fuller.

More mornings I remember.
More conversations I was actually present for.
More little moments that would’ve otherwise passed right through me.

The photo (memory) dump is a reminder to myself how much time we really have each and every day if we live with intention.
