🌟 Embracing a Life Free from Toxicity 🌟

Hey loves! ✨ It’s time to talk about something that’s been on my heart lately: removing destructive, violent, and abusive influences from our lives. 💔 Let’s tap into our inner strength and say goodbye to the negativity that no longer serves us! 🙅‍♀️✨

First and foremost, remember that you deserve a life filled with love, kindness, and positivity. 🌸 It’s essential to set clear boundaries and communicate them with love and firmness. 🌈 Let those toxic individuals know that their destructive behavior is not welcome in your world of light and empowerment! 💪✨

But hey, we’re not alone on this journey! Surround yourself with a tribe of loving and supportive friends and family members who truly uplift your spirit. 🌟 Lean on them for guidance, encouragement, and all the love you need during the process of letting go. 🤗💖

Now, it’s time to focus on self-care, gorgeous! 🌹 Prioritize your well-being, indulge in activities that bring you pure joy, and practice self-love routines that light up your soul. 💆‍♀️✨ Embrace this sacred time as an opportunity for growth, healing, and rediscovering your true essence. 🌿💫

But let’s get real for a moment - if your safety is at risk, seek help from professionals who are trained to guide you through challenging situations. 🆘 Remember, your safety and well-being are paramount, and there are incredible resources out there ready to support you. Reach out and let them be your guiding light. 🙏💖

So, let’s rise, my beautiful souls! 🌟 Let’s take charge of our lives and no longer allow destructive, violent, and abusive drunks to have power over us. 💪🌸 Embrace the freedom of a life lived on your own terms, surrounded by love, positivity, and the limitless possibilities of a brighter future. ✨💖

I believe in you, loves! You’ve got this! 💫🌈 Keep shining your light and remember that you are worthy of a life filled with happiness, peace, and love. 💖✨

Sending you all the positive vibes and virtual hugs! 🤗🌸 Stay strong, keep shining, and never forget your worth! 💖✨

Love and light always,
Julie Spark ✨💫

10 photos aren't enough to capture what we have experienced in 8 days deep in the South African Bush.
Never try, never know was the Motto of this retreat and will forever stay the motto of every South African retreat 😉

We laughed, we cried, we hugged, we found stillness within ourselves, within the group.
We jumped into rock pools, took a plunge in a waterfall, enjoyed a sunrise at a cliff.
Saw nearly all big fives, rhino's, elephants, buffalo's far too many spiders, pumbas, Wilderbeast, giraffes and plenty more.
Lions walked by us in an ultimate distance which was a surreal experience.
Eat plenty of beautiful and healthy food.
Celebrated a birthday with a homemade cake filled with love.
Explored yogic philosophy which lead to plenty of insight and transformation in many.
Expanded our comfort zone.
Faced our fears many times.
Attracted zebras with the power of om's.
Were spoilt with a beautiful sound bath.
Made new profound friendships.
Supported and held space for each other.
Some learned how to ride a bike.
Some a new asana and inversion.
Some will quit their job.
Had dinner and a typical SA Brai under gazzilion stars and by a bonfire.
Heard the sound of the bush at night, especially the hippos.
The dymanic of the group was just beautiful.
We were in awe of the beauty of this planet.
We opened our minds and hearts.

And
so
much
more!

Truly a trip of a lifetime
❤️🌍
Rest assured there will be more South African retreats in 2025🤗

“You can’t stop the waves but you can learn to surf”

-someone-

So true, surfing is so humbling for me. It takes my ego and just grinds it to pulp as I get pummelled by the ocean time and again. But, now I can say that I have surfed the razors🤙🏻

Surfing is teaching me about patience, commitment, trust, agility, balance and FUN.

I don’t think I have caught a wave yet and not screamed out of joy the whole time😛😂🌊🏄🏼‍♀️

My body is aching and tired like it has not been tired for a long time and it feels amazing to be so totally wiped out after doing something so exiting and joyful.

Last time getting back to the boat was super wobbly as my legs were just totally giving up. I have so much more respect now for the ocean obviously and her majestic power but also to the people who actually know how to surf and do it and make it look so easy and effortless. Such beauty and grace.

Tomorrow morning we go out again🤙🏻💦🏄🏼‍♀️🥳 who is in?

So happy and honoured to have had such great awesome artist friends come nd join me in the Peruvian jungle to do some magic! We all did such great work on our personal evolution while making some fun art in nature! Wish more people would come down here to enjoy such blessings with us! Next one is in December so please hit up @katari.ayahuasca.center if you’d like to join! Much gratitude!! Ahhhh ya ya ya oooosch! Machupicchu was the most indescribably, incredible experience! Being some of the only visitors there was a rare, once in a lifetime opportunity in itself, then drinking cactus medicine and being guided through in ceremony, by Kucho, a local cudandero, sacred wachuma medicine man, wow. such a magical being. Unbelievably amazing and difficult to capture in words or a photo. I’m still in complete awe. The intention with placement of each and every stone is mind-bending! Energetic portals unlike anything I have ever experienced. Lifetimes of transformation unfolding with each step, my dna has been changed. From a library of intergalactic knowledge from extraterrestrials who laid the framework millions of years ago, to a room of the sun and solar plexus awakening, to high priestess altars, portals to other dimensions, dragon lairs, faerie realms ancient Incan gods and mystics; an inter-layering of the full spectrum of our multidimensional world, all working together with Gaia and her natural, perfectly designed earthen forms. Beings and spirits that are forever with me. To begin in the jungle in north of Peru, intertwining with grandmother ayahuasca, to journeying high in the Andes Mountains with grandfather wachuma is a deeply profound coming together in my life, soul and spirit. It’s not about how often you use these medicines, it’s about when, and giving time, space and intention to honor your path. Feeling so blessed and grateful and overflowing. There is divine order, we’re on the right path, follow the signs.
I love you❤️

A couple of days ago I visited Machu Pichu for the 5th time (since 1995). It is always such indescribable experience to journey through, but this time I drank Huachuma (San Pedro) cactus for it. This opened up our senses to feel many other levels of the ancient magic of this super potent power spot. We explored energy channels, portals, ancient interdimentional libraries, prayer magnifiers, wise mountain beings and so much more! The amount of downloads and healing we received was such a gift I’ll be integrating for a while. Also, with almost no tourists coming to Cuzco these days, it sometimes felt we where the only ones there and where allowed to walk at a slower pase, as to properly absorb the beautiful energy of each section! Big thanks to our excellent guide @shantashogochi_kucho and to my wonderful lady friends for such amazing and soulful company! So grateful for all the blessings!! #bestdayever #machupicchu #cuzco #incaruins #lumerians #huachuma #sanpedro #activation #energyupgrade #grateful
