You don’t lose friends in RV life… your map just gets bigger. ❤️

One of the questions we hear most about full-time RV living with kids is:

“How do your kids make friends?”

The truth is, we’ve met some of the most incredible families through RV travel. Our kids have made friends on campground playgrounds, riding bikes until sunset, around campfires, at splash pads, and during adventures all across the country.

One of the greatest gifts of this lifestyle isn’t just seeing new places—it’s building a community that stretches from state to state. Every stop adds another family to our story, and every mile reminds us that home isn’t just a place… it’s the people you meet along the way.

This National Friendship Day, we’re celebrating every family who’s shared a campsite, a meal, a campfire, a playground, or an adventure with us. Thank you for making this journey so much richer. We can’t wait to see you down the road again. ❤️

If you’ve ever crossed paths with us, tell us where we met! We’d love to fill the comments with memories and reconnect with friends from all over the country.

I’m still not believe it. But I’m pretty sure I just won a giveaway to see Post Malone, Jelly Roll, and Carter Faith. 😱We will see how everything goes but I’m excited. Keeping my finger, toes and anything CROSSED if it is. This would be my first concert.

Well we officially wrapped up our stay at the @alliance_rv National Rally.

I believe it was about 375 RVs
800+ people attended
33 kids

It was our first rally of any kind, and we enjoyed ourselves. I was completely wiped out by the last day and we were only there for four days.
The first question Anthony’s brother asked when they visited us was “are you guys in a cult?”….MAYBE?! lol
With all the rvs parked it was pretty cool to see everyone and just how much @alliance_rv has grown in the past few years.

So the question is would we go again?

1. We really enjoyed getting to meet other FamAlly and also hanging with some other fulltime families that we haven’t been able to hang with before. @towedyouso @type1detour @determinationunbound

2. Anthony went to some awesome classes that will help with our future solar build and keeping up with Beauty’s maintenance.

3. The best spot to get questions answered by the leadership team, things upgraded, or any thing fixed on your rig.

So yes we would definitely go again, but we wouldn’t go out of our way if we were on the opposite coast. ✌️

Last year I had so much FOMO watching everyone at the Tampa RV Show—seeing all the meetups, the laughter, the friendships, and the pure joy of this community coming together. I told myself, next year, we’re making it happen.

And this year? We did. 🙌

The Tampa RV Show was nothing short of incredible. Getting to finally meet friends we’ve only known through the road and social media, hugging people we’ve followed for years and learned so much from, and putting faces to names—it was surreal in the best way.

This RV community is more than rigs and travel routes. It’s support, knowledge, encouragement, and genuine connection. It’s people cheering you on whether you’re just starting out or years into this lifestyle.

Walking away from Tampa with a full heart just confirmed what I already knew: the RV community is my people. 💙🚐✨

If you’ve ever been on the fence about going to a rally or show—this is your sign. Go. The people are worth it.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a bunkhouse is really the best fit for families, listen to people who actually live it. One of our Bish's Partners, @type1detour , shares their honest take after 4.5 years of full-time RV life:

"After 4.5 years of living full-time in our fifth wheel bunkhouse, we knew we needed a change and choosing a toyhauler has been one of the best decisions we’ve made while full-time RVing with kids.

The garage gives us space to work, play, store gear, breathe and having a room that transforms with our family has been a game changer.

Huge thanks to @bishsrv for helping us find the right fit for this next chapter. We felt comfortable knowing that if we made a bad decision that their 72-Hour Love It or Return It Guarantee was going to make the entire process way less stressful. It’s nice knowing you can actually use your RV for a few days before fully committing.

Share this with someone trying to pick an RV layout or considering a toyhauler!

Have questions about a fifth wheel bunkhouse vs toy hauler and what may be best for you? Send us a DM and we can share anything we know!"

It’s one of our favorite things we’ve created — a space where we spotlight incredible small businesses, local districts, and creative makers we adore.

These collabs help us bring our communities together in fun, meaningful ways… and this Small Business Saturday, we’d love for you to check them out and show these amazing brands some love. 🫶

We’re all ears. 😉

Some stories remind us why we do what we do. The @type1detour family is living proof that life's best adventures happen when you take a chance and do it your way.

We are so thankful to play a small part in their journey welcoming them into their Alliance Valor 44V14.

We hope to help more families create memories that matter ✨🚐
