Jasmine Togo-Brisby: Ungeographic.

A book that quietly disrupts convention. Shaped by the artist’s complex history and identity as an Australian South Sea Islander, and the experiences of a people whose stories have long existed between geographies.

In collaboration with @jasmine.togo_brisby @ioanagordonsmith and @patakaartmuseum the book plays with space, orientation and rupture to explore how we see, read and locate ourselves in the world.

It’s been a busy couple of weeks with visits to Sydney and then almost a week of working and arty-ing in Tāmaki. I’m so sorry I didn’t manage to catch up with everyone but I’m super glad to see and meet all the people I did.
