Today's drill is dedicated to my 18-year-old team at my academy in Israel.

From the end of July through mid-August, I'm constantly moving between international seminars and a family vacation. While I'm away, this group together with my amazing instructors team has stepped up in an incredible way, helping to keep the academy running.

They've grown from a group of young fighters into a team of outstanding instructors that I trust completely.

I'm grateful for every one of you. Much love.

The Daily Drill Project — Day 120
365 days. 365 drills.
Start: 10/04/2026

Enjoy.

August !!! the month that wraps up our training season, right before we kick off a new one. This upcoming season marks the 20th year of Israel Sanshou.

In 2006, I returned from China and opened a small gym that, over the years, grew into school programs, work with pre-military academies, rehabilitation projects, building instructor teams for security frameworks, and establishing national teams in kickboxing, Sanda, wrestling, and MMA.

This year also marks the 15th year of my work within the International IKF organization and the establishment of MADOR
15 years of training instructors, building an international brotherhood, specializing in security training, self-defense, close protection, and supporting martial arts clubs. Along the way, we’ve built deep friendships worldwide and created hundreds of collaborations in projects that even imagination could hardly dream up.

I am fortunate to have an incredible team that has stood by my side for years, pushing me to keep innovating, hungry to grow and learn; amazing students who challenge me with their thirst for knowledge and drive for excellence; and partners and teachers who push me forward with faith, constructive criticism, and constant challenges.

I am truly fortunate.

In two days, I’ll be flying to Canada for two weeks of teaching, seminars, and courses. then coming back ready to launch another powerful and productive season.
