🍢🔥 Just another Saturday spent supporting @fsufootball and being shown around Tuscaloosa by @ahnuh_kathrynne I cannot truly put into words the incredible time that was had this weekend! She completely outdid herself on hosting me for the weekend! She was bummed for two quarters and then came to life like most of the stadium in the second half 😅😂

🥹❤️ From getting to hangout with some of the best at @uacrossingpoints to selfies with @davidplack @dlm12_3 and the world famous @fsuchiefs 🍢🍢 Even got to see the Seminole with the most swag @dhughes__ prior to kickoff! @jordantrav13 was on the sideline keeping the team sharp! @thomassbrannon and fender found me mid tailgate, @grimes_jim and his lovely bride were there! The list goes on and on!

🍢🍢 True Seminoles truly travelled well, this team had bama on the ropes but couldn’t deliver the winning blow, Tony White would probably have a better defense if he didn’t sit on the bench by himself like a lost puppy before the team even comes out of the locker room! 😂😅 Bama fans were a lot more respectful than I anticipated, lightning delays with no lightning are wild but it is what it is, and running around @univofalabama was quite the scenic trot! Thank God for good friends, good food, and good fellowship! ❤️🍢🙏

It’s that time of year! ☀️📚 Across the country, students with and without disabilities are back on campus, and we are so excited to see another year of of learning, connection, growth, and new experiences getting underway. Here are just a handful of photos we’ve seen to from tons of programs over the past two weeks! 📸

From orientations and move-in days to first days of classes and everything in between, programs are welcoming students back and kicking off a new academic year.

And just like that…one very special piece of mail made its way from Tuscaloosa to Jada Boo. 🥹❤️🐘

Watching her open that envelope and seeing that smile on her face did something to this Momma.

We celebrated the graduation. We took the pictures. We cheered. We cried. We said Roll Tide a million times. 😂 But there’s something about seeing The University of Alabama on that certificate with her name on it that makes it all feel official all over again.

Jada Boo did that. ❤️

Another reminder that her journey may not always look like everyone else’s…but baby, it is HER journey, and what a beautiful one it continues to be.

That certificate is hers.
That accomplishment is hers.
And that smile? PRICELESS. 🥹

This National Friends Day, we are throwing it back to a truly sweet moment between @ahnuh_kathrynne from UA’s @uacrossingpoints Program and Chef Shawn!
On July 21st, Anna Kathryn traveled over 300 miles from Tuscaloosa, AL, all the way to Tallahassee, FL! Her mission? To show up, celebrate, and taste our amazing treats at the FSU Inaugural Autism Institute.
AK brought me the most thoughtful gifts; she proved what genuine inclusion and friendship looks like in action. Both Anna Kathryn and Shawn are breaking barriers and showing the world what is possible when we lift each other up. Cheers to friends who travel the extra mile to watch us shine! 💙🍌🥄🐘♥️
