Today marks 4 years in the 407 🩵💫🍊🥹 We moved to Florida with a U-Haul, a few carloads, and only each other. So grateful for how far we’ve come and for all the incredible people and relationships made along the way ✨ xoxo

UCF is cultivating an environment that expands participation and empowers students to explore multiple pathways toward success. For Hayley Manners '25MBA '25MSBM, being a Knight has opened doors for her.

Success has never been confined to a single lane. Check out Hayley's alumni spotlight "Hayley Manners '25MBA '25MSBM Keeps Moving Forward"

Today, I officially graduate from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at UCF with a dual master’s degree: an MBA and a Master in Sport Business Management.

More than a diploma, this journey represents years of discipline, sacrifice, growth, and purpose. It challenged the way I think, lead, and understand the global sports industry. Being part of one of the most respected sport business programs in the world gave me the opportunity to learn from incredible leaders, build meaningful relationships, and prepare myself to create real impact through sports.

As an international student, entrepreneur, coach, and founder of Latam Sports, this achievement means even more because every class, every project, and every experience reinforced the vision that has driven me from day one: creating opportunities for young athletes through education and sports.

Everything learned throughout this journey — from leadership and strategy to business development, marketing, operations, and athlete management — will continue to fuel the mission of helping the next generation of talent reach new stages, new opportunities, and new dreams.

This is not the finish line.
This is preparation for a bigger mission.

To everyone who has been part of this journey: thank you.
And to every young athlete chasing an opportunity: we’re just getting started.
