The 8th Annual National Trans Visibility March in San Juan, Puerto Rico, was made possible by every person who showed up, every partner who stood with us, and every supporter who helped carry our vision forward.

Your presence and commitment remind us that visibility is a collective responsibility and that the work toward equality, safety, and justice must continue beyond the march.

Thank you for being part of this chapter in our history. The journey continues, and we look forward to building on this momentum together.

We’ll see you in 2027 in Atlanta, Georgia, for the 9th Annual National Trans Visibility March!

Transcendence Royale 2026 Talent Segment. Pt1

My first time attempting a performance like this, and I couldn’t be prouder. 🥹✨

I pitched my vision to my choreographer, Josiah @jojo_supreme , told him what I wanted to accomplish, and he said, “Bet. Imma put you to work.” And BOY, did he! 😭😂

There were moments in rehearsals when he’d teach me a sequence and I’d be like, “You SURE that’s for me?!” 💀 I kept reminding him I’m not a technically trained dancer, but he believed in me, kept the bar high, and challenged me to reach it. So I did!

Four rehearsals later, this was our final production. Was it as smooth as I wanted? No. Did I forget the opening sequence? Absolutely. 😂 Could it be WAYYYYY better? Without a doubt. But am I proud? ABSOLUTELY.

I didn’t win Best Talent, but I got to push beyond my comfort zone and showcase what I truly came to share: my art. The costume, the construction, the vision, the storytelling. The performance was the vehicle; the wearable art was the talent. ♟️✨ @kaveh.kouture ate these performance pieces up!

Everything that I set out to do has levels of intention behind it, choosing to enter Transcendence Royale 2026 was a decision that I wasn’t sure of at first, but one that I realized was needed, especially for where I’m currently at in my life

I think it’s extremely important for there to be visibility on what Black, trans, queer masculinity can and looks like as a Jamaican trans man and though I had all intentions to win, just stepping out onto that stage would’ve allowed me to accomplish my goal

I’m proud of myself for taking this leap and even prouder of myself for continuing to be confident and bold in the man I am and defining what masculinity means and looks like to me

Day 3 | Transcendence Royale 2026 🇧🇧

The showcase was still a day away, but the statement was already being made.

I understood that representation doesn’t begin when the lights come on or when your name is called. Sometimes, it begins the moment you walk into a room and refuse to make yourself smaller.

And so, I dressed with intention, walked with conviction, and showed up as though the moment had been waiting for me.

Every look, every entrance, every impression — intentional.

Not waiting to be noticed. Never asking for permission to stand out.

Simply being unforgettable. 🇧🇧✨

This experience was about so much more than just a pageant or showcase. It was a reminder of why we must keep showing up, keep being unapologetically ourselves, and keep inspiring others by doing more than simply occupying space — by making something meaningful of the space we’re given.

And if there’s one thing this experience reaffirmed, it’s that sometimes the impact you make speaks long after you’ve left the room. And sometimes, the outcome speaks for itself. 👀👑

I’m leaving Transcendence with more than a title. I’m leaving with a deeper appreciation for the power of visibility, the responsibility that comes with representation, and the importance of continuing to show up even when the path looks different than expected.

To everyone who made this experience what it was, who showed me love, shared space with me, challenged me, encouraged me, and reminded me why this work matters — thank you. You deserve more than a passing mention, and a proper appreciation is coming because that recognition deserves its own moment. 💜

For now, I’ll simply say this:

I didn’t come just to be in the room. I came to shift it.

And I will continue showing up, creating, challenging, inspiring, and taking up space — not because everyone will understand my presence, but because I know what I bring when I do.

A title earned. A moment that mattered. And a reminder to never stop being yourself. ✨

Yesterday was DAY ONE of our UCTRANS Board Meeting! 🏳️‍⚧️✨

I’m so excited and grateful to be in a space that is striving, growing, and building exclusively for trans people. There’s something so powerful about sitting around the table with people who understand the importance of this work and are committed to creating better opportunities, support, visibility, and community for our trans family. 💕🏽
