From East Tennessee to the Sunshine State! 🐾
Today, the Bulldog Company left Knoxville and trekked down to the University of Florida for an incredible day of learning and leadership! Our cadets had the amazing opportunity to meet with UF ROTC units spanning the Army, Navy, and Air Force/Space Force.
During the visit, our cadets got an inside look at:
* The university admission process 📚
* Daily student life on campus 🐊
* What it truly takes to excel as an ROTC cadet ⚓️🎖️🚀
A massive thank you to each of the UF ROTC units for taking the time to invest in our future leaders, share their experiences, and host our unit. It was an inspiring day of seeing what happens when you combine dedication with higher education.
Who knows… maybe one of our Bulldogs will become a Gator! 🐶➡️🐊

Buccaneer Battalion Marine Platoon took on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island—from SULEs, TDGs, and LRC to the E-Course, O-Course, 6 mile hike, rappel tower, and confidence course. Every challenge built leadership, resilience, and confidence while preparing them for OCS. They showed up ready to work, pushed past limits, and left stronger than they arrived. Semper Fi.

On Wednesday, February 11th, our MIDN had the distinct privilege of speaking with ADM Thomas, Commander of U.S. Fleet Forces Command, and visiting VUP-19 at Naval Station Mayport.

Hearing directly from fleet leadership and witnessing operational excellence firsthand provided invaluable insight into the responsibility and readiness required to lead at every level. Experiences like these strengthen our understanding of the Fleet and reinforce our commitment to serving with professionalism and purpose.

Thank you to ADM Thomas and the Sailors of VUP-19 for investing in the next generation of naval officers. ⚓

Hard PT with a Tough Group 👊

A great evening with @marineofficergainesville and @ufnavyrotc conducting a work out with the University of Florida club lacrosse team! This crew took on a challenging PT led by Capt. Skehan and Capt. Vaughn to test their teamwork, grit, and physical and mental toughness! In the end, the team proved they have what it takes!

We love updates from our #palmbeach4h alumni and this one made our week! 💙💚🍀

Marina, a former officer on our Teen Leadership Council and co-creator of a #4H club at her high school (@dsoa_official) is thriving at the @uflorida as part of the @ufnavyrotc program.

Her Mom recently shared this incredible photo with her fellow ROTC members, and we couldn’t be more proud. Marina continues to embody the leadership, service, and dedication she demonstrated throughout her years in 4-H and she’s taking those skills to new heights.

Please join us in cheering her on as she leads, learns, and serves with the same heart and commitment she brought to our program. ⚓💙
