Laughs and good times on stage with the talented @lpnsimprov Mad Jackrats and @laurenpatricenadlerstudios actors as I dive into the questions that matter...like "taffy, why is it so good?" (yes, an actual audience suggestion...no, we did not find an answer)

This year has been the year of living in alignment, which included trying new things! I’ve learned that when you try new things, you learn so much about yourself, you open yourself up to worlds you never knew existed, and you find meaning in them.

I *dug* deep into gardening this year, it’s truly nature’s miracle to see something grow from a seed, to bud, to fruit. Much like life!! I’ve been able to grow and harvest my own fruits & veggies for the first time! I loved it so much so that I became a garden teacher. Through this, I learned so much about my capacity to lead and how much I enjoy making kids happy.

Grateful for friends, new & old this year. Friendships truly add so much meaning to life, adding vibrant color to a painting. Like volunteering though @mutualaidlanetwork , being a part of a virtual book club, playing DnD, making music, making art with friends, & performing at my first improv show. Very thankful for the all amazing people in my life & the community around me 🥹❣️

I also learned the art of slowing down. How poetic it is to observe the bees as they pollinate, look for mushrooms on a hike, rest as much as possible, and to prioritize your health above all things (jobs, social pressure, demands). There is nothing more important than your health so staying in tune with your needs, advocating for it, and listening to your body is vital to life. I know a “year” is really just a construct bc time is ongoing, but it feels nice to reflect on so many defining moments in 2025 that have truly shaped the human I am today. Thank you to anyone who has been a kind, friendly presence in my life ❤️

In a world where everything is possible, and all the world is a stage and everyone loves a good costume, idea and character, there is LPN signature improvisation!

There is nothing more beneficial to an actor than to exercise your creative energy, explore and learn about your range and have fun while doing!

If you’re in LA come audit to see what the kids are talking about. We also do this full blown on zoom.

This group SOLD OUT @theatre68co for the LAST @lpnsimprov because they are crazy talented and hysterically funny. It's been so much fun to work with them getting ready and to get on stage with all of them one final time. Massive comedy, massive laughs...can't wait to show you the clips!
