Excellence in public service should be seen, recognized and encouraged.

A powerful lesson from the Judiciary’s courts across the country is that the quality of service can be greatly influenced by the commitment of individual officers. While some officers have left staff struggling without the support they need, others have gone above and beyond to make the work of judicial officers and court staff easier.

Today, the Judiciary is allowing court users and staff to make their voices heard.

Through the Performance Enhancement Tool, judicial staff and stakeholders can assess the ICT officers who support their work. If an officer has served you excellently, recognize that service. If there is room for improvement, share your experience.

Your feedback can encourage excellence, strengthen accountability and contribute to a more responsive and effective Judiciary.

Assess. Recognize. Improve. Together, let’s build a Judiciary that serves better.

Visit the Judiciary website or scan the QR code at your court station to submit your assessment.

Justice for All. For God and My Country. 🇺🇬
