TOKYO MARATHON memories 🏅🌸.

Wow I can’t believe it’s been two weeks since the Tokyo marathon 🏃🏽‍♀️. This marathon truly was an amazing adventure.
.
Returning home and immediately starting my demanding job again was challenging. I’m still processing the amazing marathon adventure 🩷.
.
My coach @petrakerkhove helped me to bring out SuperVIO again🦸🏻‍♀️ 💪.
.
💜 I’m currently trying to take it easy and am really tired, but reliving all the @tokyomarathonfoundation memories 🏃🏽‍♀️🏅.

TOKYO MARATHON! 🏅🇯🇵. An amazing adventure! 🏃🏽‍♀️.
.
Yesterday truly felt like a dream! I’m so proud I was able to run my sixth marathon! Adding a fourth star to my @wmmajors .
Running in Tokyo was an experience I’ll always remember! @tokyomarathonfoundation .
.
My training process was challenging due to an injury, but my coach @petrakerkhove helped me a lot in getting stronger.
The temperatures were very high yesterday, which also made it an intense run.
But I did it, I’m so excited!

🩷 Many thanks to @brnd_bkkr for supporting me in Tokyo.

SuperVio heeft het opnieuw gedaan!!

Violet traint al enkele jaren op en af met begeleiding van Lopen met een Lach naar de finish van een marathon.
Iedere marathon geeft zijn eigen uitdaging gehad. Tijdens het traject naar deze marathon werd er een blessure vastgesteld, die alleen te controleren was door specifieke oefeningen. Daarnaast mocht het schema worden aangepast, zodat het zou passen in een stressvolle tijd en high demanding job.

@ultravioletruns heeft een ongelofelijke veerkracht en sterke willpower en daarmee heeft ze haar 6e marathon en 4e major ook kunnen finishen met een lach.

Ongelofelijk trots op deze cliënte.

TOKYO MARATHON! I’m ready 🏃🏽‍♀️💪.

Wow it’s finally here! I can’t believe I’ll be running the @tokyomarathonfoundation tomorrow! After an intense training process and some medical setbacks I’m super proud to be standing here today. My amazing coach @petrakerkhove helped me tremendously, training for my sixth marathon! 🏅.
.
➡️ You can follow me on the Navi app by searching my bib number 33931 , the event will be available tomorrow. I’ll start my race at 9.15 local time 🇯🇵 , which will be 1.15 in the Netherlands 🇳🇱.

Running and exploring Kyoto and Osaka 🌸.
.
Wow it’s an amazing experience travelling through Japan 🇯🇵. We started our holiday in Osaka and went to Kyoto afterwards.
In Kyoto we experienced a once in a lifetime traditional tea ceremony in kimono 🍵👘 at @maikoya.kyoto 🩷. We went to the Fushimi Inari-taisha and enjoyed the thousand beautiful gates and shrines 🎎.
We arrived in Tokyo today by taking the Shinkansen 🚅🗻 and will visit the @tokyomarathonfoundation expo tomorrow! Soooo excited! 🏃🏽‍♀️🎉

It was my birthday 2 February and I have some awesome news: I’ll be running the Tokyo Marathon 2 March this year! 🏃🏽‍♀️🥳🎉.
This will be my sixth marathon and my fourth marathon @wmmajors ! I’m training with my awesome coach @petrakerkhove from @lopenmeteenlach .
I’ve had some setbacks in the training process, but I feel ready to run my next marathon in one month!

Versie 5.0

Gisteren was ik jarig en dat vierde ik onder andere met een verjaardagsrun bij zonsopkomst in Vlissingen, bij mijn moeder.
Tijdens zo’n loopje ga ik dan ook even lekker nadenken over vanalles en vooral mijn leven.

Ik ben van de opleiding tot apotheker naar kroegeigenaresse tot personal movement coach gegaan. Je kunt altijd veranderen van beroep als je er energie insteekt (en passie voor hebt)

Je hoeft geen 100 mensen om je heen te hebben om een goed sociaal leven te hebben. Zolang je waardevolle gesprekken kunt hebben met mensen waarvan je de mening respecteert, of spreekt met mensen die je een andere invalshoek geven op bepaalde topics geven, is dat veel waardevoller.

Je bent goed zoals je bent. Vergelijk je niet met iemand anders , je weet niet welke weg hij of zij heeft afgelegd.

Beweging, slaap en voeding zijn het beste medicijn voor geluk.

Zo. Dat waren mijn overpeinzingen en een paar van de dingen waar ik dankbaar voor ben.

Ik heb het gevierd met de mooiste mensen die ik ken.
