Comment “SKILL” to get free community link

Ordinary freelancers will just grab onto video editing and keep doing the exact same thing over and over again.

They won’t package their services, they won’t test new strategies, and ultimately, they completely miss the client’s true needs. The client actually needs help with marketing, but you are just giving them basic video editing.

This is the exact difference between a regular freelancer and an agency owner.

The Problem with Selling Basic Services
Easily Replaceable: The biggest issue with only offering simple video editing is that the moment a client realizes another freelancer can do the exact same job for $5, $10, or $20 cheaper, they will immediately leave you for them.

Zero Differentiation: Because you aren’t solving a bigger business problem, there is absolutely no difference between you and the cheaper alternative in the eyes of the client.

Email marketing is a highly effective skill to offer as a freelancer, but it comes with one major catch that you need to be aware of.

When you offer this service, your client has to bear two separate costs:
First, they must pay for the email marketing software and the setup costs required to send bulk emails.
Second, they have to pay your fee for writing and managing the campaigns.

Despite this double cost, email marketing is still an incredible way to generate results. It is one of the best methods for nurturing leads and smoothly guiding prospects down a sales funnel. If you can do it well, it is a highly valuable service that you should genuinely consider offering.

Meta Ads is a great skill, but it comes with one major problem: it forces your client to bear two separate costs. First, they have to pay for the ad spend itself, and second, they have to pay your fee for managing those ads.

If you don’t choose the right skill from the start, you will end up doing blind outreach. You’ll be left wondering where the clients are, why your messages are being ignored, why calls aren’t getting booked, and why you aren’t generating any revenue.

When this happens, you might start blaming the wrong things. You’ll think your offer is bad, your outreach team is underperforming, or your DM scripts are flawed.

But in reality, the root of the problem often lies entirely in your skill selection.

If you want to watch a complete, free course on proper niche and skill selection to avoid these exact mistakes...

You can easily select skills that are in high demand in the US market by using a simple 2-step framework.

To start, you must understand that every business relies on three main pillars to operate:

Product: This involves helping a business build their product. However, millions of businesses already have products but struggle with sales, so it is much better to help them bring in customers rather than building more products.

Operations: This covers the day-to-day tasks required to run a business, similar to how logistics companies like Leopards or TCS handle deliveries for e-commerce brands.

Marketing: This is where you help clients acquire customers, making it a highly profitable area for selling services to US clients.

If you focus on the Marketing pillar, here are the top 4 channels currently used to get results:

SEO and AEO

Comment “RISK” to get full video link for FREE

If you don’t use risk reversals, your client will feel like they are in a lose-lose situation.
To overcome this fear, smart freelancers minimize the risk.

Here are 2 advanced risk reversals you can use:

1. Profit Share
In this model, you work based on a percentage.
You tell the client that you will help them make money through content, and then you split the revenue 50/50, or according to whatever deal you make.

2. Free Trial
A free trial is mostly used for deliverable-based offers.
You offer to complete a task, such as editing a video, to convince the client that you are a good fit.

Once they are convinced by the trial, you can then start working together and even move on to other risk reversal models.

This is a great first step, especially when you are just starting out.

If you are not using risk reversals, you are failing to eliminate the client’s fear of working with you.

Without them, the client feels like they are stuck in a lose-lose situation where they won’t see much benefit from the deal.

To minimize this fear and protect the client, we use **Risk Reversals**.

Here is one highly effective method you can use:

Pay on Results

Instead of charging a flat rate for your time, you charge a set fee per result.

For example, you can tell a client: *”I will book 5 calls for you, and I will charge $100 for every single call booked.”*

When you provide these kinds of performance guarantees, you finally crack the code to high-ticket pricing.

However, there is a catch: **you must actually be able to deliver those results.**

If you fail to deliver the promised results, you will just be working for free and won’t make any money.

If you want to successfully close a $1,000 client, you must completely remove their fear that working with you will result in a loss.

To minimize this fear and build trust, you need to use a strategy called “Risk Reversals”.

If you do not use risk reversals, your client will feel like they are in a lose-lose situation, and they will be hesitant to pay you.

Here is one of the most effective risk reversals you can use:

* **The Conditional Refund:** You offer a full refund if the promised results are not achieved, but it comes with a strict condition.
* **Set Clear Terms:** For example, you can promise to make them $5,000, but only on the condition that they fulfill their responsibility, like recording 30 videos in a month.
* **Protect Yourself:** This conditional refund keeps you safe just in case the client delays the process or fails to do their required work.
* **Protect the Client:** It also keeps the client safe because if they put in the effort and still do not get results, you will return their money since you promised results, not just videos.

This specific strategy creates a perfect win-win situation for both you and the business owner.

Comment “VALUE” and to get Free Community Link

If you are struggling to build an offer that completely convinces your clients, you need to understand the “Value Equation.”

You can use this exact concept to create highly persuasive offers and messages.

To maximize the value of your service, you must increase the two factors on the top of the equation:

1. Dream Outcome: What is the final result for the client? This could be more leads, more sales, or higher income. The bigger the outcome, the higher the value.
2. Perceived Likelihood of Achievement: How confident is the client that you can actually deliver this outcome? You must prove this through case studies, past wins, and authority in your niche. The more they trust you, the more valuable your offer becomes.

At the same time, you must decrease the two factors at the bottom of the equation:

3. Time Delay: How long will it take for the client to see results? The faster you can deliver the dream outcome, the more valuable your service is.
4. Effort and Sacrifice: How much work does the client have to do? If they have to sacrifice their time, sleep, or put in significant effort, the value drops. You need to handle as much of the heavy lifting as possible.

To create an irresistible high-ticket offer, simply increase the dream outcome and the likelihood of success, while decreasing the time delay and the client’s effort.

Comment “OFFER,” and I will send the Offer Creation Course link directly to your DMs.

Freelancers and agency owners often struggle to close high-ticket clients because they make these five major mistakes in their offers.

**Mistake 1: Copycatting**
You are exactly copying your competitors’ offers instead of adding your own unique mechanism. You should get inspiration from others, but your offer must have a distinct angle.

**Mistake 2: Playing it too safe**
You aren’t offering any guarantees. High-ticket clients need assurance. However, avoid blind guarantees; always provide conditional guarantees based on the client doing their part.

**Mistake 3: Lack of Numbers**
Your offer is vague. For example, saying “I help personal brands gain more followers” isn’t enough. You need specific numbers, like “I help personal brands gain 10,000 followers.”

**Mistake 4: Complicating the Offer**
You are using complex words and failing to explain your service in simple terms. If a client doesn’t immediately understand what you do, they won’t buy.

**Mistake 5: Not Having Multiple Offers**
You only have one offer, which limits you. Having multiple offers allows you to close low-ticket, medium-ticket, and high-ticket clients simultaneously, until you build enough authority to focus solely on high-ticket ones.

If you use this simple one-step framework, you can easily turn a $700 or $800 job into a $2,000 to $3,000 high-ticket project.

There are two types of offers in the freelance market: deliverable-based offers and outcome-based offers.

Until now, the market has mostly focused on deliverables, with freelancers promising things like, “I will edit 30 videos for you”.

These types of offers have absolutely zero outcomes attached to them.

If you want to truly stand out in the market, you have to stop selling basic deliverables and start selling real results to your clients.

Show them the end goal: tell them how your content will bring in leads, how those leads will convert into sales, and how those sales will ultimately make them money.

However, I do not recommend completely abandoning your deliverable-based offers right away to only focus on outcomes.

You must build case studies first to establish a solid “proof of concept”.

Once you have proven that you can get results for previous clients, you can confidently do the same for future ones.

Eventually, you will be able to ascend your existing deliverable-based clients into high-paying, outcome-based offers.
