Learn the art of fresh pasta with Chef Bradley. 🥂

The Behind the Menu series continues in the Under-Study Culinary Lab with an interactive fresh pasta demonstration led by Chef Bradley and the PRESS culinary team.

Each evening begins with a welcome glass of champagne and chef-curated canapés, followed by a three-course dinner featuring the dish you watched come together.

Classes are limited to 12 guests, and the fresh pasta series will conclude on November 6th.

What an incredible Napa experience! 🥂🐟🍴

We spent the afternoon at @understudy_napa for an amazing cooking class with the incredibly talented @philiptessier and @catchandcrave — learning, laughing, and of course, eating VERY well.

Because every great cooking class should start with bubbles, we kicked things off with @domperignonofficial 🥂 and somehow managed to keep the bar pretty high from there.

There’s something so special about getting behind the scenes, learning from people who are truly masters of their craft, and sharing the experience around a table with new and old friends.

And because we clearly weren’t ready for the night to end… we finished things off with some fantastic cocktails at @pressnapavalley. 🍸

Cooking, Champagne, incredible food, cocktails and great company — pretty much our kind of perfect day. ❤️

Already ready for the next class!

Playtime @understudy_napa for Chef Connor as he prepares a 120# big eye tuna for the @dryager where she’ll mature for 10-20 days.

Beautiful fish from @catchandcrave changing what’s possible from coast to kitchen here in California. Ike jime processed, carefully butchered, patiently dry aged and then masterfully prepared @pressnapavalley — love this process!
