Learn the art of fresh pasta with Chef Bradley. 🥂

The Behind the Menu series continues in the Under-Study Culinary Lab with an interactive fresh pasta demonstration led by Chef Bradley and the PRESS culinary team.

Each evening begins with a welcome glass of champagne and chef-curated canapés, followed by a three-course dinner featuring the dish you watched come together.

Classes are limited to 12 guests, and the fresh pasta series will conclude on October 30th.

Dry aging isn’t just for beef. 🐟

Head Butcher Connor Wetherington takes on a 117lb bigeye tuna from Joe Cusenza of @catchandcrave, starting with a careful descale before walking through the next steps of preparing it for our aging cabinet. It’s a rare look at the patience and precision behind every cut that reaches our counter.

See the craft in person this Saturday, October 10. Connor joins Bryan Flannery, one of the Bay Area’s most celebrated butchers, in the Under-Study Teaching Kitchen for a closer look at exceptional beef and the art of dry aging.

The afternoon includes a champagne welcome, a comparative tasting, and a three-course lunch featuring @flannerybeef.
