This weekend was packed with activities for the newly arrived exchange students.
What a way to start an exiting semester! Full of opportunities to get to know the city, each other and making the first unforgettable memories of their time at @unibz

Here’s a glimpse of what they’ve been up to during our guided city tour, theme party, picnic at Talvera meadows and more.

Yesterday I shared an amazing experience. Together with the students from the @unibz degree course in Enogastronomy in Mountain Areas bachelor, we discovered the art of cheese making at @der_genussbunker and @natursennerei.unterhuber

It was not my first visit there, but the first time with my students. And it was great!! 🫶🏻

I still can't believe that after 3 years of working full-time, studying full-time (🤣), having a social life, being a dog mom and going on mountain adventures, you can call me dotoressa 😛🥳🩷

Today @culinariamentegiulia brings us in the labs of the Master in Food Sciences for Innovation and Authenticity! Taught entirely in English, this two-year programme provides students with practical knowledge and hands-on research experience. During the lab course “The natural microbial starters for innovation and authenticity” held by Prof. Gobbetti and Prof. Di Cagno, our students have the opportunity to conduct experiments in state-of the-art labs. Right now they are working on food fermentation processes through microbial starters. They’re analysing probiotics in order to gain knowledge and skills to manage the industrial applied biotechnology on fermentation processes with some innovative view on the management and role of the human gut microbiome to help human health.
