💜 This Saturday, we’re showing up for one of our own.

Christa Bauer was a Heights mama, a neighbor, and a deeply loved member of our community whose life was taken far too soon.

We can’t change what happened, but we can continue to show her family that they are not alone.

Join us this Saturday, October 17, for the Bauer Power Walk-a-Thon, as we walk in Christa’s memory, stand alongside her family, and support their continued fight for justice.

💜 For Christa. For her children. For the family who will forever be part of our Heights community.

One of the things that makes the Heights so special is the way our community shows up for one another. Not just for the celebrations and the happy moments, but in the moments when life feels impossibly unfair.

Christa Bauer was one of our own. A Heights mama, a neighbor, a friend, and a woman whose life was tragically taken far too soon.

Her family continues to navigate unimaginable loss while fighting for justice and facing the financial burdens that have come with it. While we cannot change what happened, we can remind them that they do not have to carry this alone.

On Saturday, October 17, we’re walking for Christa. And we’d love for you to walk with us.

The Bauer Power Walk-a-Thon is bringing communities together to honor Christa’s life, support her family, and show just how far love and community can reach.

We’ve created a Houston Heights team, and we hope you’ll join us. 💜

Join Pelvic Floor Therapist @dr.d_rootedhealing & I on the Harvest Moon, Saturday, September 26 @thestudio.be Montrose for an educational workshop on the Menstrual Cycle & Pelvic Floor Health.

This event is intended to help you learn more about the natural rhythms of your own body, and how to work with them- not against.

We’ll discuss the 4 Phases, the Pelvic Floor’s role in your overall health and fitness goals, and end with intentional guided movement. Pelvic Floor Exercises led by Dr. Diane & a core-focused Pilates flow led by yours truly 🥀

If you’ve ever struggled with a lack of core engagement during workouts, the missing link could be Pelvic Floor strength. So, wear your workout gear, bring a notebook & your questions- we’ll learn & immediately put into practice 💪

BUILDING A HEALTHY CORE & PELVIC FLOOR 🤍

We’re joining Unify PT for a complimentary Heights Moms workshop all about understanding your body and building a stronger foundation for everyday movement.

Diane Baldemor, PT, DPT, CLT will guide us through pelvic floor awareness, mindful breathing, functional movement and practical exercises designed to help you feel stronger, more connected and more confident in your body.

Whether you’re looking to better understand your pelvic floor or simply want to move and feel better in everyday life, this will be an approachable, supportive space to learn together.

We are incredibly honored to share that the City has officially proclaimed July 11 as Dr. Kimberly Sam Aing & Unify Physical Therapy & Wellness Day.

What started as an idea to create a different kind of physical therapy practice has grown into something far greater than I ever imagined.

From the beginning, my goal wasn’t simply to open a clinic. It was to create a place where people feel heard, cared for, and given the time they deserve. A place that puts people before volume and relationships before transactions.

This recognition belongs to every patient who trusted us, every family who referred someone they love, every partner who believed in our mission, and every member of our community who has supported us along the way. Thank you for believing in a different approach to healthcare.

I’m also deeply grateful to my friend and architectural designer @domain_97 for the thoughtful gift and for helping bring this vision to life in such a meaningful way.

I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve this community, and we’re just getting started.
