Had a delicious discussion on the future of food at the Lincoln Memorial!

Yesterday, we gathered with some amazing folks - Cullen @unionkitchen, Kristof @uptopacres, and Marissa @area2farms - at the Lincoln Memorial for a conversation that was truly nourishing for the mind (and maybe a little inspiring for the stomach ).

It was a fantastic event that fed our curiosity about the future of food! #LocalEats #HealthyLiving #FoodForThought

P.S. Who knew a discussion about food could be so nutritious?

Last evening we welcomed 36 guests who shared St. Anselm’s love of exceptional wine, food, and connection with @domainepegau for our third and largest (so far) winemaker dinner of the year. 🍷🍴🥩

Thank you to the amazing producers, distributors, and all who joined. It was an evening for the books, and we can’t wait to share who we’ll be collaborating with next!

Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month is observed in the United States during the month of May. It celebrates the contributions, achievements, and cultural heritage of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders in the country. This observance was first established in 1978 as a week-long celebration and later expanded to a month in 1990. The month of May was chosen to commemorate the first Japanese immigrants who arrived in the United States on May 7, 1843, and to honor the anniversary of the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869, which was largely built by Chinese immigrant workers. It is a time to recognize and appreciate the diverse and rich history of these communities and their impact on American society.

Join us in celebrating this month & pick up some of @matetskitchen’s authentic Filipino lumpia.
