Kledde oss opp, kledde oss ned. Lo litt til. Sov litt for lite.

✨ “Working with a travel advisor costs more.”
¡FALSO!

✨ “I can find everything on Google.”

¿O qué otro mito has escuchado?

#traveladvisors

Stay at @unionoye, hike Slogen or some of the other local peaks, and come back for a post-hike Negroni or two. 🥃

🍴🍂AUTUMN HAS ARRIVED, AND WITH IT, THE SEASON’S MOST CONSIDERED TABLES🍂🍴

@cafeclementlondon - recently opened this summer at @st.clementlondon, @180thethames. Danny Bohan, formerly of The River Cafe, curates the menu while terrace afternoons call for a Clementini. Soon to follow is @lunette.london, with fine dining by Florence Knight on the 11th floor, framed by panoramic views across the Thames.

Le Café LPM at @the_lanesborough - the first standalone café from @lpmrestaurants, arrived this September for an exclusive year-long residency. Riviera charm, Burrata Tartine, Croque Monsieur, and that famous chocolate mousse.

@pearl.mayfair - launching this October in Brown Hart Gardens, from @thebeaumontldn. Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s Mediterranean menu, terrace spilling straight into the redesigned gardens.

@unionoye - welcomes Bocuse d’Or podium finisher Brian Mark Hansen for a gastronomic weekend, 30–31 October. Shellfish, forest mushroom and orchard apple beneath the Conservatory’s glass ceiling, Mount Slogen in view.

@storfjordhotel - closes the season with The Boathouse, a seven-course fjordside menu cooked over open flame, and The Lavvo, forest dining reached by a short hike into the trees. Chef Florian Harnisch keeps it hyper-local - foraged, fished and aged within a few miles of the property.

@restaurant.flore - five years of conscious fine dining at @deleuropeams, marked in September with an anniversary series of celebrations. From guest chef dinners to farm suppers, all in the vegetable-led style that defines Chef Bas van Kranen’s cooking.

@thevinetahotel - its first Palm Beach autumn. Coco, the signature restaurant from the team behind @hotelducapedenroc, serves refined Mediterranean cuisine - Eden Roc Sea Bass, Steak Diane - for courtyard lunches and elegant evenings.

@thenewtinsomerset & @babylonstoren - Horrell & Horrell head to South Africa for the first time, joining Babylonstoren’s Garden Day on 18 October for a harvest feast at sundown.

@bvlgarihotelmilano - Da Niko brings Niko Romito’s relaxed, shareable Italian classics - Vitello Tonnato, Spaghetti al Pomodoro - to a new Milanese-home-inspired space by ACPV Architects.

Some Christmases deserve a setting you’ll remember for the rest of your life.

Imagine Christmas with everyone you love, somewhere that feels a world away.

There’s a particular romance to going away for Christmas. A deserted island where the only plan is to slow down. A snowy hotel where everyone gathers after a day outside. Or simply somewhere so different from home that you can leave the usual Christmas rush behind.

For me, the best Christmas escapes give you a change of scene and the chance to properly be together. These are the places I’d dream of taking the people I love.

Swipe through—and tell me: where would you choose? ✨

Le Chabichou, Courchevel 1850 ❄️
@le_chabichou

This one is personal. I’ve stayed at Le Chabichou and have so many happy memories here that I’d always go back.

It began as a family-run chalet and still has that warmth you hope to find in the mountains. Some of the staff have been there for years, and it shows in the way you’re welcomed back. You can ski straight in and out, spend a long afternoon in its wonderful spa, then dress for dinner at Stéphane Buron’s Michelin-starred restaurant. He’s been part of Le Chabichou since 1987.

It’s a Courchevel institution, but for me it’s also somewhere that feels familiar. I can picture Christmas here: everyone returning from the slopes, warming up, and gathering around the table together. 🤍

Soneva Fushi, Maldives 🌴🎄
@sonevafushiofficial

This is somewhere I would love to spend Christmas.

Soneva Fushi has a laid-back, cool, calm charisma, with luxury by the shed loads.

It’s the original barefoot luxury escape, set on a naturally formed island in the UNESCO Baa Atoll. Lush, relaxed and deeply connected to its surroundings, it’s the sort of place where I wouldn’t want to leave.

And they make Christmas feel special. Children help make ornaments and bake bread for the festive gala, Santa arrives across the water, and Christmas Eve brings everyone together for dinner beneath the stars. It sounds magical without losing that wonderful feeling of being on a Maldivian island.

I can picture taking the whole family: days in the sea, time to do very little, and a Christmas we’d talk about for y

For the second year running, two hotels in the 62°NORD Collection have been recognized in the MICHELIN Guide Hotel Selection 2026. Storfjord with Two MICHELIN Keys, and Union Øye with One MICHELIN Key.

Together, they form a refined combination, two distinct properties, each with their own character and charm, offering an exceptional and deeply personal stay as part of a curated 62°NORD itinerary crafted for an unforgettable journey through the fjords of Norway.

Winter wonderland at Union Øye in the Norang fjord surrounded by the towering peaks of the Sunnmøre Alps.

A slow morning in front of the fireplace in a corner suite at Storfjord, with views of the green forest. All rooms at Storfjord carry their own distinct character, shaped by handcrafted timber, natural textures, and views that open towards forest or fjord.

The historical drawing room at Union Øye. A place for good conversation, Afternoon Tea and storytelling every evening after dinner.

The Boathouse by the fjord at Storfjord where a seven course seasonal menu is prepared over open flames. A tribute to the fjord landscapes and the open sea, inspired by seasonal greens and catch of the day.

The Conservatory is Union Øye’s gastronomic restaurant – where classical technique, local ingredients, and inspiration come together. The room looks out over the kitchen garden and the courtyard on one side, and to the peaks and the fjord on the other, with Mount Slogen rising above the glass ceiling.
