When Tertia & I decided to challenge you all to this deceptively cute “Bass Down Low” rebounding cardio challenge! 😉🔥 That beat is FAST, the moves are simple but repetitive, & let me tell you… Those quads & calves are going to know they’ve worked 😮‍💨

But here’s something I LOVE about routines like this: repetition can be incredibly effective! 🤩 Instead of having to remember a million complicated moves, you can focus on nailing the rhythm, maintaining your technique & really pushing through those working muscles… As the repetitions build, your lower body starts to fatigue, your heart rate climbs, & those simple little movements suddenly become a serious cardio challenge 💪

Keen to give it a go? 🤔 Here are a few tips to help you find your rhythm & get the most out of every bounce…

❤️‍🔥 Keep your bounce LOW: That fast beat is no joke, so stay close to the mat & focus on keeping your movements controlled enough to stay on time! 🥰
❤️‍🔥 Keep your core tight & engaged: A strong, stable centre helps you maintain control while those legs do the hard work 🙏
❤️‍🔥 Push DOWN into the mat: Think about pressing into the rebounder rather than bouncing high, so you can stay grounded in the rhythm 🫶
❤️‍🔥 Embrace the burn: Those quads & calves are going to feel the repetition, so focus on good technique & pace yourself when you need to! 😘

Routines like this are SUCH a fun way to challenge your lower-body muscular endurance while keeping your cardiovascular fitness on its toes! 😍 And the best part? 👀 You don’t need complex choreography to get your body working… Sometimes, a great beat, simple movements & a little determination are all you need! 🥳

So, bounti family… Give it a try, film your version & TAG ME so I can see your versions 🙌 I can’t wait to watch you nail this one! 🏋️‍♀️✨

Okay, you guys… I have SUCH a fun morning planned, & I can’t WAIT to share it with you! 🤩 We’re taking our bounce outdoors for a very special “Secret Sunrise” bounti BURN Rebounding Class at uniti, & trust me, this is going to be something a little different 😉👏

📅 Date: Friday, 30th October 2026
⏰ Time: 05:30AM to 06:30AM
📍 Place: uniti studios’ parking lot (Office 101B, Parktown Quarter, Randburg); in-person ONLY
💰 Price: 1 class credit or drop-in class per person
✅ Book: Via the Fit by Wix App, using class credits (download & use code “OFYDPK” to join); contact us at 064 538 5428 for assistance

Imagine the fresh morning air, your own pair of noise-cancelling headphones playing the music & my voice guiding you through every bounce, pulse & rep 🌅🎧 We’re going to work those muscles with higher reps, lighter resistance & sustained tension, building muscular endurance & embracing that deep, satisfying burn that reminds you just how much your body can do 💪

But what makes this sunrise even more special is that we’re moving for a cause close to our hearts… In honour of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a portion of every ticket sale will go towards “I Love Boobies” (@iloveboobies_za), so we can combine feel-good movement with meaningful impact 😘🩷

And once we’ve bounced our way through the burn, I’d LOVE for you to stick around for a quick coffee & a bit of brekkie! ☕️🥐 Because for me, wellness has never been just about the workout; it’s about connection, community & doing things that make us feel good from the inside out 🥰🫶

So, if you’re ready for a sunrise filled with music, movement, a little muscle shake & a whole lot of heart, come & join me! 😍 A gorgeous morning outdoors, an incredible community & the chance to support a meaningful cause? 🤔 What better way to start your day? 😅✨

My heart is SO full after our special private bounti FLOW Class at uniti studios (@unitistudios) in support of Salvazione Christian School’s library! 🥹 Not only did we get to bounce, sweat & have a whole lot of fun together, but we also raised funds towards helping the school 🥳 And honestly, THIS is what I love so much about movement; doing something kind for your own body while doing something amazing for someone else! 😍

A HUGE thank you to everyone who joined us, contributed & helped make this such a special experience 🙌 We really did turn a workout into something that will make a difference beyond the studio! 🤩

And, if you’ve ever wondered what makes bounti FLOW so special, let me tell you why I absolutely LOVE teaching it! 😘 It’s all about learning a sequence of moves step by step, starting on one side of the body, then the other, before gradually bringing everything together into one satisfying routine 💪 It’s not about rushing or getting every move perfect straight away; it’s about improving your coordination, memory, concentration & mind-body connection while getting an incredible cardio workout in! 🙇‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

❤️‍🔥 Monday (26th October) at 17:30PM will be my final FLOW Class at our Bryanston bounti Studio… Book your spot(s) via the Octiv App or contact us at 060 503 8019 for assistance 😅
❤️‍🔥 And don’t worry! 👏 I’m bringing my weekly bounti FLOW Class to uniti studios! 🥰 From November onwards, you’ll be able to join me every Tuesday at 17:30PM for 50 minutes… Book your spot(s) via the Fit by Wix App (invite code: OFYDPK 🔒) or contact us at 064 538 5428 🫶
❤️‍🔥 And if you can’t make it in person… You can find a whole collection of my FLOW workouts in the Life of bounti Subscription at lisaraleigh.com (linked in my bio) 👩‍💻

I can’t wait to keep sharing the FLOW love with you! 🙌 Because for me, it’s never just about the bounce; it’s about the progress, the confidence, the community & that incredible feeling of surprising yourself with what you can do ✨
