🇬🇧Save the date for our next Té Negro! Join us on Saturday, February 28th at 2:00 PM in front of Palau Robert on Passeig de Gràcia. You can come directly there or join our WhatsApp group for more details.

Only for the people of the community

Té Negro comes from the need to celebrate our identity and create spaces that uplift our voices and cultures. We want to challenge the narratives that have historically pigeonholed Black bodies into contexts of poverty or into political demonstrations and cultural expressions When we try to break free from those labels, it often creates a strong impact.

Our enjoyment and elegance are forms of resistance that can change these narratives. Té Negro is both a performative action, activism with a softness and a celebration. Through this, we celebrate our beauty and elegance, fostering a sense of community that takes us beyond the four walls and into the streets and at the same time changing the societies narratives about us and our people.
