This time last year, I had just one invite to play djembe at a festival. That trip to “sacred earth”, resulted in a summer full of festivals and performances.
This year, I have a bunch of new ones lined up, and eager to see what else may come my way.

Figured I could make it a bit of a “life lately” post too.. it may give an impression of the contrast I’m aiming for in my life

The Quantum Rainbow Fields! -Wowowow what a DReeaM!

Jack Dippy’s heart is fulled to the tip of his fluffy hat with love and overflowing gratitude!

There i was floating along, believing i was attending a quiet family camping weekend, little did i know, the secret belated birthday party plottingzzz, courtesy of @ambaa.bambaa , we’re about to emerge like a rainbow blossoming from the clouds on a pleasantly drizzly day!

Shocked to my core, a suprise even for me, turning the tents tapestry to find not, Max, a single friend twiddling on a guitar but a hooraaah of happy faces bursting with joy. From then on the music played and the celebration of life was in full flow.

i could thank so many people here, as all of you made this weekend, one of the most memorable experiences of my life. in each of your own individual ways, offerings and gifts. and don’t doubt that you have etched your magic into my heart for infinity!

though for the sake of textual limitation, ill just offer here my noted appreciation to a few instagrammy musicianal folk, @nasteechapel @veganqueenv @hacobo.musica @roxannephillipsofficial @jordanpegg_ @rikibuckingham

from those travelling afar and to those always near, we lifted that tent to the quantum field stars!

also, i can’t forget the magic of the night, around the fire, and swirling fires, danced with by the most magical @john_j.a.m @jaz.sumi and @unnamedroads , fire keeping also with @kelly.somaticrewilding & Sakinnaaaaa!!!

we also would not have been so cozy had the people of GATHER @greendharmamike @bethjames who supported us in their wonder of a white tent, as rain was certainly frequented!! bless you brothers and sisters.

Now, i have to say more, my final immense and superduperly above and beyond the rooferly, love and appreciation is all about @ambaa.bambaa . you are no less than a divine angel in my life, lifting me, caring for me and surpassingly surprising me. you’re mad. i love you so so so much x

we’re weaving back into the world after a super busy festival season!! our hearts are so full after such a melting of magical experiences… we never could have imagined such a beautiful journey, with so many magical people, opportunities and experiences! <3

just last summer, we played our first ever festivals together as DiPPYBaMba, weaving our way into the festival scene and dipping our toes into this world. we never expected to play 14 festivals this next year! magical opportunities, connections and beautiful people have helped bring it all together, which we are eternally grateful for! every person that has invited us to play, helped us find another gig or supported us along the way, you’ve all been a part of such a powerful summer, which we are so grateful for <3

just a few weeks ago, we got to play at om and bass for the second year, as well as hosting the forest stage with our beautiful friend @veganqueenv again <3 we also had our beautiful brother @unnamedroads up drumming with us, bringing him into the world of live performance!! <3 it was so beautiful to come back this festival space a year later, having changed and grown so much <3

now we’re settling into a different pace of living in our home town.. things are still a bit busy as we get settled here. we’ll be sharing our music, voice activation and mantra circle with our community at our end of season gathering this weekend, as we all unite back on one field after a summer of many lands for us all. we’ll also be holding the @hearth.now tipi space for the weekend, tending the sacred flame and bringing our sounds <3 thank you @omandbass for having us to host your beautiful @somabreath stage <3

the hearth will be officially reopening for the winter next week too, with our first event next friday! we’ll be hosting the night with a beautiful memorial for our dear brother <3 jack will be bringing the stage together, whilst amba brings the kitchen magic and plans the ceremony. it’s going to be an emotional home coming.. full of creativity, love and much needed community

Lovejam Campout 2025 (Part 1) 🌞🌈

Three days of love, family, soul and unity. A conscious festival that felt real, grounding and nurturing. From the talented artists who performed on stage to the spontaneous drumming circles and fireside jams, there was joy and celebration around every corner. It was a privilege to have the opportunity to photograph it 🫶😊

So much love and gratitude for the organisers @nattyflows_ @the_native_herbalist @lanajagger_ and everyone else at @lovejamcommunity and @cropsnotshops who have worked so hard to create something truly special 🦋✨❤️

Saturday night was truly the best this year, so many amazing musicians came along and blessed us with their music, I kept trying to leave becuase I was so tired and was teaching a workshop next day but I just couldn't 🤷🏼‍♀️🥰

freezone festival.. as we settle back into the daily rhythms, reflecting upon what a special experience last weekend was.. gratitude fills our hearts <3 we have been so blessed by such a community of beautiful beings. what a magical welcome into the summer season it has been, to spend the first festival of the year at freezone again!

we danced until our bodies could dance no more, songs filled our ears. nights of fireside jamming and so many of our beautiful friends up on the big stage. we shared dinners with family, cosy morning teas, powerful workshops.. then to finish it all off we closed up the main stage, surrounded by so many beautiful dancing beings! what an honour!

we feel so blessed to be on this path, doing what we are doing. in these reflective days, we just feel so warm and full. what a blessing this life truly is. in the beauty of it all, we are feeling the shifts within ourselves. new lessons are blooming as we feel into the summer, noticing the changes and movements within ourselves. it is a time for a bright new energy to emerge, softly dancing through the transitions <3

also a massive thank you to @whitesleeps for drumming with us again! this man is truly a wonder on the drums! he played 5 gigs last weekend.. what a legend!
