This summer has been full of beautiful moments and incredible connections. A summer to focus on the present, to heal my wounds, and to become a new version of myself. Stronger, more aware, more conscious. More me. Thanks to everyone who shared their love with me and who received the love I had to give. Life is a gift, with all the spectrum of emotions that need to be felt to understand it as a whole. Flying free in life the best way I know. 😌💖✨️ by @unnamedroads

A few snippets from the indoors climbing of last weeks. I have used the summer to reconnect with the rock and remember how happy I feel when I am. One of my targets for this winter is to become as strong climbing as I have ever been. by @unnamedroads

You’ve probably seen Piotr around Bournemouth,

especially near the Gardens. A familiar face on the streets, bringing good vibes and great energy wherever he plays.

He's part of a wider musical collective, sharing his passion for music and creating a positive atmosphere. Big up, Piotr #Piot #Bournemouth #BournemouthGardens #StreetMusician #BournemouthMusic taken in Bournemouth Gardens by @unnamedroads

The courage to expose yourself to sharing your soul with others. The fear of being rejected. The strength that you gain from friends that support me and encourage me aling this journey. 🫶🏼💖✨️💓🔥 taken in Bournemouth Gardens by @unnamedroads

Life is for me about the connections that I find along the way. They mirror who I am by reflecting the connection with my own self. Music is a channel through which connection happens. So blessed to have embarked in this journey of self-discovery. taken in Boscombe by @unnamedroads

In the evening of the solstice,
the night creatures come out.
They play, they dance, they laugh.
They share their lively smiles.
They acknowledge what is it to be alive.
They embody the rythms and sounds,
Moving their bodies synchronised,
feeling bliss around The Tree of Life.

"When their bodies dance, their minds rest."

Getting up over again
Taking care of myself
If the sun raises so perfect,
is because he's been doing it every day
