Welcome to the largest student-led campaign for men’s health in the world! We want EVERYONE involved. Whether you’re:
👨🏻 Growing a Mo: rock that questionable lip caterpillar with pride.

🎪 Hosting an event: pub quizzes, bake sales, tournaments, rally your mates.
⚡ Mo-ing your own way: invent your own crazy, chaotic challenge.
Whatever you do, we want to hear your stories and see what ridiculous feats you’re taking on for men’s health this year!

Well that was a mega day 🏉🏉

Exhibition V saw 6 teams take on a full afternoon of touch rugby at the Cardiff Arms Park. While some players may have been in recovery mode after the previous nights festivities, we saw some brilliant touch rugby played throughout the tournament!

Thank you to all the teams that made the trip! And of course a huge thank you to our amazing refs and most importantly our wonderful president @lucy_haddock04 for spending so much of her time getting this day organised!
Massive thanks to @korytkophotography for providing us with these amazing photos 🔥

September is Suicide Prevention Month. We often think checking in requires having all the right answers or waiting until things hit rock bottom. It doesn’t. It starts with listening, showing up, and normalising asking twice. If a mate seems off, or even if they seem completely fine, reach out today. You never know whose lifeline a simple text might be. Drop a message in the group chat, grab a coffee, or just listen. Let’s look out for each other. If you or someone you know is struggling, help is always available: Samaritans: 116 123 Shout Crisis Text Line: Text SHOUT to 85258
