sculpted head work in progress!!!

I'm open for name ideas
I made her out of a piece of wood, cardboard tied on by string, then paper mache and gluing on some potato sack sort of material

She needs a bit more hair but it's so fun to just wave that about LOL I made that by just painting yarn and hot gluing it

shout out to hot glue hashtag life saver

my sketchbook is as disorganized as you'd expect LOL
It's nearly full and also falling apart at the same time

I saw someone do a stop motion like this a bit ago I thought it was fun so I wanted to recreate it!!

progress for my upcoming project!! ~

I'm still just winging this as I go and I definitely plan on doing more experimental landscapes but I love how it's coming along so far

So much red paint had been used priming these LOL
the inspo for this project is mainly japanese urban legends, I've created a story of a vengeful onyro and her journey in the afterlife haunting the woman who stole her identity and is now living her life as herself

Eventually these are all going to be stitched together to make some sort of monster canvas!! And after that my plan is to paint on the other side of these too
