POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

To most this number isn’t worth worrying about.
There have been moments in time where people would and still continue to struggle to have their voices heard by 10 people in a room, let alone 100.
This number represents a little more than that.

To us this number represents the journey.
From sitting around a table, to setting up a studio, to navigating lockdown, life and now in our new studio, it feels like we’ve just begun.

Thank you to everyone who has been on the journey with us. If you’ve taken a moment to listen, watch and shared some love we have felt it. It really feels like we’ve just started to learn how to fly. Everything before had been a build up and now we know where we want to go.

Onwards and upwards from here.
Thank you to those who have come onto the show and graced us with your time, energy and vibrations. Here’s a throwback to some of our guests we’ve been lucky to have in the studio over time.

Here’s to many more.
Onward.

Ever wondered what our story is? Well this is it!

Back in November we had the incredible opportunity to share this & experiences with the awesome @up2aotearoa crew for their podcast.

In this snippet we share the start of our journey, how from tragedy we realised we needed to change our lives & follow what makes us truly happy.

Check out the full episode where we talk vanlife, some of our favourite places, self love & positivity!

Adversity and Change:

Change and growth are some of the only constants we need in life.

Whether that be job, location, mental fortitude or physical growth.

I grew up quite sheltered from a lot of things but equally I tried and have done some questionable things in my time too.

Suicide, depression and anxiety are right cunts of things to deal with. Things I’ve spent all my teen and adult years dealing with. But what has helped me on my journey to continue to grow and evolve is my support circles but also just asking for help.

Us men for many generations now have been raised to be emotionless work horses that even in this day and age it’s still a learning phase to be able to process and constructively deal with our emotions.

So with 7 Weeks left this year here’s my challenge to you:

- Sit down at the end of each day for 5-10 minutes and be honest and accountable to yourself. Assess what went well and what you can improve tomorrow.

Be Kind to yourself, but also don’t be scared to be honest and analytical either.

Look at how INCREDIBLE you all look in our ‘HOPE’ tee’s! 🥺💚💫

I’ve been receiving countless photos from everyone wearing the new tee and they ALL bring a massive smile to my face! Thank you so much for wearing this t-shirt with pride and continuing to spread such an important message to the world… HURTING NOW DOES NOT MEAN YOUR FUTURE HOLDS PAIN.
