Gold star behaviour, hair extension client edition ⭐

If your set still looks amazing weeks in, chances are you're already doing most of these. Keeping up with maintenance every 6-8 weeks, oiling your lengths daily and plaiting your hair at night makes a huge difference to how long your extensions last and how good they feel.

And clients who send me their good hair day pics, leave a Google review just because, and tell their besties about me, make me love my job even more 🤍

How many stars did you score? 🎀

I have the most gorgeous clients!! 🥹

My client is used to wearing clip ins and wanted to swap them for a more permenant solution so she can wake up with perfect hair. We added 3 rows of 16" wefts to create a thick, bright, dimensional blonde💖

6 months ago Sarah left corporate, took a risk on herself and came to me for her brow course..

Now she’s back for Korean Lash Lifts and she is a DIFFERENT WOMAN!!

The confidence. The self-belief. The way she backs herself now. I may have teared up behind the camera 🥹🤍

My courses have never been about learning a skill, getting a certificate and being sent on your way…

I want to help you become the confident artist AND business owner you know you can be x

If you’re ready to do more than learn a skill and actually change what you believe you’re capable of, my courses are for you!

In person + Online training now open - explore through the link in my bio 💌

Welcoming one of my past Brow students @upkeep.brows into the Korean Lash Lift world and I couldn’t be prouder 🥹🤍

Sarah told me after her Brow Course she’d be back in 6 months to learn lash lifts. And she was..

The growth between those two training days has been INSANE!

The confidence, the trust in herself, the way she backs her own decisions

It proves how much you can truly grow in just 6 months x

And THIS is beginner work. Her first ever Korean Lash Lifts!!

Korean Lash Lift Courses are now open for enrolment, Online + 1:1 In-Person 👀

Imagine where you could be 6 months from now x

Trigger warning: this episode discusses pregnancy loss, miscarriage, grief and relationship breakdown. Please listen at a time that feels right for you.

Tomorrow on The Pregnancy Diaries we sit down with Sarah for one of the most honest conversations we have had on this podcast.

Pregnancy loss can change every part of your life. And Sarah opens up about all of it. The grief, the silence, the impact on her relationships, leaving the corporate world, starting her own business, and what finding herself again on the other side has actually looked like.

This is a conversation about resilience, identity, hope and the courage it takes to rebuild.

Sarah, we are in awe of you. Your vulnerability, your courage and how inspiring you are. Thank you for being on our podcast.

Whether you have experienced pregnancy loss yourself, are supporting someone who has, or simply want to better understand this journey, we hope this episode helps you feel a little less alone.

Episode 39 is available tomorrow wherever you listen to podcasts. 🤍
