@uppsalapole on Monday we dance the second part of this sequence so it’s definitely possible to drop in even if you haven’t done the first part. Although we will put them together and dance all of it in the end

Finally got to try this little regrip that I’ve seen everywhere on instagram!! Next step is to get high enough with my hips so that I can continue into a backflip🤩 I tried today and totally failed! Any tips out there??

My students’ wish is my command✨
@polepelcman sent me this combo created by @danaerial which was a great idea for today’s class!
It was super fun to learn but even more fun to teach🫶🏾

There is an elegance to spinny pole☁️
However, the video doesn’t show the frustration behind getting it right! The posted combinations might look elegant in the end but the process of getting there is anything but elegant🩶

Imagine having a friend like her. 👆🏻
Sometimes we complain about stuff (every day all day hehe)
Sometimes we travel the world 🌎
Sometimes we eat our feelings and
sometimes we hang out upside down, for fun 🥂❣️

Learned a new flip today! I’ve done a similar one, with the inside knee hooked instead of outside foot, so thought that this would be easy peasy, but spoiler alert it wasn’t haha!
I do. want my legs to be more in a piked position, but I’m happy it even worked🤩 Would you try it?
