🧘🏽‍♀️SOUND MEDITATION👂🏽🎼

I have always been drawn to music, it’s an essential part of my emotional life. When I meditate, I need to have music that helps me navigate my mind.
I have known for a long time that certain vibrations facilitate brain waves that put you in deep relaxed state of mind.

What a blessing to experience meditating with sounds vibrations right next to you, entering your body and make it vibrate.

Thank you to the talented Ben Brown @hnd_tmpl for this amazing immersion in the realm of sounds, in a cozy room of
@upsoulcenter
You need to try this!!

A 2025 round-up from my little corner of the multiverse:

💫 facilitated group healing sessions in Asia, Europe, throughout New York City, and virtually

💫 was deeply honored to teach my first two cohorts of Reiki I & II students ✨✨

💫 collaborated with a bunch of beautiful witches 💐

💫 studied breathwork 🌬️

💫 read 28 books (but did not quite reach my goal of having the majority of my reading authored by the global majority, i.e. BIPOC—trying again for 2026!)

💫 launched two book clubs

💫 practiced intentional micro-activism 🕯️

💫 gave 1-on-1 Energetic Well Readings and Reiki sessions virtually and in the Philippines and NYC 🌊

💫 released my debut album, The Remembering, in collaboration with @nicoep_drums 🥀

Thank you for your love and support on this wild and wondrous ride ✨🙏🏽❤️

🌕 December Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕

The final full moon of the year always feels different. It arrives as a soft illumination… a gentle nudge inward…a reminder to release what no longer serves so you can step into the new year lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Step into the illuminating energy of the Full Moon with a deeply restorative sound bath designed to support release, clarity, and energetic expansion. The Full Moon invites you to let go of what no longer serves you, illuminating what’s ready to be released and creating space for deeper alignment. This is a sacred time to honor your growth, celebrate your journey, and reconnect with your inner truth.

On Wednesday, December 3rd at 7 PM, I’ll be guiding a full moon sound bath located @upsoulcenter . Gift yourself a restorative hour to exhale, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your own inner frequency.

Expect:
✨ Sound healing with crystal bowls
✨ Energy grounding + gentle breath
✨ A guided release ritual
✨ A deeply peaceful evening beneath the last full moon of the year

Space limit. Reserve your spot — link in bio 🌕
