POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This one came from a different place.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to spend your life trying to improve yourself while quietly rejecting parts of who you already are.

Your imperfections.
Your scars.
Your voice.
Your past.
Your weirdness.
The things you wish were different.

But all of it belongs to you.

Every hard season shaped you.
Every struggle taught you something.
Every part of you carries a piece of the story.

So this carousel is a reminder:

You don’t have to abandon who you were to become who you’re becoming.

Love yourself through the growth.
Love yourself through the healing.
Love yourself through the mess.

Love, YOU first.

#KEEPITMOVIN towards your dreams, goals, and vision.

Last night was one of those nights I’ll be thinking about for a while.

We brought together the people who trusted us with one of the biggest moves of their lives this year.

Every person in that room has a story, and I got to be part of it: the showings, the offers, the inspections, the curveballs, the late phone calls, and finally, the keys.

Somewhere in the middle of catching up, a past client trusted me with a referral for two more properties. That one stuck with me.

Because a referral is really someone saying, “I trust you enough to put your name in front of someone I care about.”

That’s the part of real estate that doesn’t show up in the closing photos.

And to my clients who couldn’t be there, whether you’ve moved on to your next chapter or you were riding the train home from the city last night, you were missed, and you’re still part of this.

Once we’ve been through a transaction together, you’re stuck with me.

Thank you to every client who has trusted me, referred me, or simply stayed in touch, and to the Stevens Real Estate team for bringing everyone together.

This is what it’s all about!

Over four Tuesdays, 22 agents made 1,915 call attempts, sent 1,785 texts, had 419 conversations, set 144 appointments, and logged 58 hours of talk time. That work turned into an abundance of accepted offers, new listings, past-client referrals, active buyers, new cars, and new opportunities that moved quickly.

But one of my favorite parts of this sprint was that every person also made three commitments each week outside of production. Those commitments showed up in fitness, wellness, family time, personal growth, and being more intentional with how they spent their time.

The goal was never just to make more calls. It was to build consistency, create better habits, and follow through on a commitment. So proud of this crew who rode alongside me 🤍 Q4 here we come

I call everybody Big Dawg. Here’s what I mean when I say it.

You show up when your mood doesn’t.
You keep your word when it gets inconvenient.
You love your people out loud.
You own your shit—and keep growing.

Big Dawg is a state of mind. A state of being. A state of purpose.

Big heart. Big standards. And the humility to know you still have work to do.

Now go do some Big Dawg shit. Keep moving toward your dreams, goals, and vision.

Which commandment are you working on? Tell me below, Big Dawg.

When I said 9:30, they understood the assignment. 😂

These two came literally RACING into the office with milliseconds to spare because they knew if they walked through that door after 9:30, they were getting booted from my accountability group. Nothing like rush hour after a holiday, a bridge shutdown and every red light from Poughkeepsie to New Paltz.

For the record, they made it by 9:30:48. ✅

Day one of our September Accountability Sprint! 🔥

For the next four weeks, this crew is committing to two hours of dialing together, five conversations, and three specific, measurable and actionable commitments every single week.

So if you get a call from your trusted Stevens agent this month, ANSWER THE PHONE. 😂 They have conversations to make and commitments to keep.

This is how we do it at SRE. ❤️

Some closings are exciting. Some are emotional. And some make you sit back and think, WOW… we really did that. 🥹🔑🏡 I first met these two at an open house over a year ago. They were hoping to purchase a family friend’s home, and when that opportunity ultimately didn’t work out, I was genuinely heartbroken for them. But they came back to me. And we got to work.

We toured home after home, patiently waiting for the one that felt right. And when we finally found it, the road to the closing table was anything but easy.
There were moments when walking away would have been the easier choice. Moments when continuing the search and starting over would have made sense. This transaction was a BEAST from start to finish.😅
But they didn’t quit.

They stayed focused. They stayed grounded. They remembered what they wanted. And most importantly, they trusted me to help guide them through every twist, turn, obstacle and hurdle along the way.🤍I am tremendously proud of these two. Not just because they bought a house, but because of the perseverance they showed throughout this entire journey. They could have walked away so many times, but they kept showing up, kept believing, and kept moving forward.

That kind of determination makes closing day feel that much sweeter. I cannot wait to watch you turn these four walls into your home, fill it with laughter, memories, love and all of the little things that make a house truly yours.🏡🤍 Congratulations to two people who absolutely earned this moment. I am so incredibly proud of you both and so grateful that I got to be the one standing beside you through it all.
Wishing you nothing but a lifetime of happiness, love, laughter and the very best memories in your new home.🥂✨

The road was long. The road was messy. But you never gave up. And look where it brought you.🤍🔑 - Kaitlynn MacIsaac

These clients came to me as a direct referral from a past client, and I will never take that kind of trust for granted. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments I can receive because they mean someone was truly happy with the experience I gave them and trusted me enough to send someone they love my way. 🤍

For these two, it was their first home purchase EVER and we came, saw, and conquered. 😭👏🏼 From day one, they knew exactly what they wanted, and we only had to tour 6 homes before finding the one.
And it wasn’t just any house. It was the home they had been dreaming about, complete with the in-ground pool they always wanted. 🏊🏼‍♀️☀

But more than anything, this home means their dream of raising their two beautiful little girls in a neighborhood setting is officially coming true. Closing day was one I’ll never forget. Watching them walk away from the closing table with their girls, keys in hand, knowing they were heading home to the place where their family will make years of memories… it was pretty magical. 🔑🏡

I am SO proud of you both. Congratulations on your first home, your dream home, and this incredible new chapter for your family. 🤍 And to my past clients who continue to trust me with the people they love: thank you. Your referrals truly push my business forward and mean more to me than you know. 🫶

Here’s to first homes, backyard summers, little girls growing up with the best memories, and a whole lot of life to be lived in this beautiful home. 🥂🏡✨- Kaitlynn MacIsaac
