Over four Tuesdays, 22 agents made 1,915 call attempts, sent 1,785 texts, had 419 conversations, set 144 appointments, and logged 58 hours of talk time. That work turned into an abundance of accepted offers, new listings, past-client referrals, active buyers, new cars, and new opportunities that moved quickly.

But one of my favorite parts of this sprint was that every person also made three commitments each week outside of production. Those commitments showed up in fitness, wellness, family time, personal growth, and being more intentional with how they spent their time.

The goal was never just to make more calls. It was to build consistency, create better habits, and follow through on a commitment. So proud of this crew who rode alongside me 🤍 Q4 here we come by @upstatewithkait

When I said 9:30, they understood the assignment. 😂

These two came literally RACING into the office with milliseconds to spare because they knew if they walked through that door after 9:30, they were getting booted from my accountability group. Nothing like rush hour after a holiday, a bridge shutdown and every red light from Poughkeepsie to New Paltz.

Some closings are exciting. Some are emotional. And some make you sit back and think, WOW… we really did that. 🥹🔑🏡 I first met these two at an open house over a year ago. They were hoping to purchase a family friend’s home, and when that opportunity ultimately didn’t work out, I was genuinely heartbroken for them. But they came back to me. And we got to work.

We toured home after home, patiently waiting for the one that felt right. And when we finally found it, the road to the closing table was anything but easy.
There were moments when walking away would have been the easier choice. Moments when continuing the search and starting over would have made sense. This transaction was a BEAST from start to finish.😅
But they didn’t quit.

They stayed focused. They stayed grounded. They remembered what they wanted. And most importantly, they trusted me to help guide them through every twist, turn, obstacle and hurdle along the way.🤍I am tremendously proud of these two. Not just because they bought a house, but because of the perseverance they showed throughout this entire journey. They could have walked away so many times, but they kept showing up, kept believing, and kept moving forward.

These clients came to me as a direct referral from a past client, and I will never take that kind of trust for granted. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments I can receive because they mean someone was truly happy with the experience I gave them and trusted me enough to send someone they love my way. 🤍

For these two, it was their first home purchase EVER and we came, saw, and conquered. 😭👏🏼 From day one, they knew exactly what they wanted, and we only had to tour 6 homes before finding the one.
And it wasn’t just any house. It was the home they had been dreaming about, complete with the in-ground pool they always wanted. 🏊🏼‍♀️☀

Beyond the obvious great company and delicious meal, what makes this place so special is that the restaurant, kitchen, and waitstaff are all made up of talented and dedicated students. It’s so fun to experience…and we were treated to a behind-the-scenes VIP tour of the kitchen!
