One year ago today, @misskbray and I sat down with our brilliant friend Patti @upyourcreativegenius for a Draw Your Future session. At the time, we were stuck. We had hit a lull and couldn’t quite see how our book was going to come together. So Patti had us draw it. She helped us map our vision, clarify our goals, and tap into our “creative genius” (her words, not ours! 😊). Fast forward one year… ✨ The book is real ✨ The vision came to life ✨ And we now have a BOOK TRAILER! In honor of the anniversary of that session, we’re sharing our original map and our book new trailer. Thank you, Patti, for being such a FANTASTIC mentor and friend. Big hugs to you! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BI6lwKvxPwo QuietPleaseCollection.com Want to learn more about Draw Your Future? Check out Patti https://upyourcreativegenius.com/

42% increased chance of success? We like those odds.  If you do too, consider picking up a pen and drawing your 2026 roadmap.

Need a little help along the way? Patti’s full “Power Up Your Year” workshop is now available on-demand for Chief Members in the Chief app.

“Intentional Daydreaming.” What a phrase! We were so grateful to have @upyourcreativegenius speak at Alignment. This moment still sticks with me. The reminder that our brains don’t just wish, they picture first. They storyboard the future before we ever step into it. Draw the dream. Put it somewhere you’ll see it every day. Take small, incremental action. And somehow… reality starts to follow. Patti, thank you for sharing your wisdom, your energy, and your belief in what’s possible. We’re deeply thankful you were part of this experience. #alignmentexperience

Let’s keep the phrase “New Year, New Me” in 2025. What you need for 2026 is an Action Plan that will help you reach your biggest ambitions this year and beyond. Chiefs, join us on January 22 at any one of our five Clubhouses, or virtually, for a workshop with creative strategist Patti Dobrowolski where you’ll learn how to focus your energy, map what matters most, and build a plan you can return to all year long. It’s not you, it’s your brain. Your brain doesn’t change through willpower alone. Visualization, on the other hand, is a neuroscience-backed tool that can drive transformative change. Patti Dobrowolski, a creative change expert, shares her perspective on New Year’s resolutions for ambitious women. The short answer? You don’t need a “new you” this year, you need to create an action roadmap using the power of visualization. Patti will guide Chief Members across the country through a hands-on planning workshop on January 22nd, streaming in all Chief Clubhouses and directly to you. You’ll leave equipped with a 2026 roadmap and an accountability partner to support you throughout the year. Members: RSVP in the Chief app Not a member? Apply today to get your invite to Patti’s session.
